"Oh...you...you're.... What's going on?!" I stuttered.

The room was too bright, and I think I started hallucinating because the boy standing in front of me looked EXACTLY like the biggest star on the planet, a.k.a my least favorite person EVER. Although, he did seem kinda cute...

"I'm so, SO sorry..." he said again, his voice catching in his throat,"I-I didn't realize, I mean I didn't see you..." he stammered, his cheeks suddenly red. "What happened?" I whispered. My mind was blank, I couldn't remember...

His eyes were shining, and his hands fluttered nervously. I finally believed it was him when he flipped his hair to the side-his signature move. His nervous laugh rang through the room. "It's funny," he started "At my concerts, I tell the kids not to text and drive. Then, me being the IDIOT that I am, I decide to text while behind the wheel. So of course, I didn't notice the red light, or the fact that you were there crossing the stupid street. The next thing I knew there was a thump and a loud scream..." He shuddered at the thought and shook his head slowly, as if he were trying to erase the memory. "I can't BELIEVE I didn't notice a GIRL." he said, total disbelief practically dripping from his voice. I looked over at him, but he seemed to have forgotten I was even there. "I mean," he continued,"its not like it was just some average girl, no! She's beautiful and I hit her!: He put his hands in his face and sighed, a small sob erupting from his throat.

"Oh..." I couldn't say anything else; my tongue was completely tied. Justin Bieber just called me beautiful! I thought excitedly. STOP. I told myself. He's the reason you're in this hospital bed! The cause of all your pain!

I glared at him. "That text must have been from someone REALLY important."

He looked up, startled. "I don't even remember. I've been sitting here for days waiting for you to wake up just so I could apologize."

Wait... did he say DAYS?! "How long have I been out?" I breathed, shocked.

"About 4 days. I hit you pretty hard, I guess..." he muttered, almost inaudibly. His somber gaze lowered.

"4 DAYS? WHAT?! Where's my mom? And Acadia?" I shouted, panicking.

"Shhh don't worry, your mom went home for an hour to take a shower and get some food, and Acadia left to pick something up for you once you woke up."

He looked at me from underneath his long eyelashes. A slight tingle ran through my body as I held his gaze. WHATS WRONG WITH ME? I HATE HIM, WITH HIS SAPPY LOVE SONGS AND SWEET FACE AND GORGEOUS HAIR AND... woah.

His eyes widened suddenly, as if he had just realized something. He came closer to me, and quietly, oh so quietly, he whispered, "How can I make this up to you? I feel terrible."

"Well, let's see, never text and drive again, so you don't end up basically crippling any other girls. Then, you can get the heck out of here " I gave him an icy glare, hoping that would scare him.

It didn't. "I'm sensing you don't like me very much..." he said, slowly sitting down on the chair near my right. He was so close... he smelled like fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and some AMAZING cologne... oh my- NO. I WILL NOT FALL FOR HIM.

"Gee, I wonder why?" I sneered, motioning at my cast covered arm and leg. He sighed and looked at me, his eyes two beautiful gems. "Again, I'm so sorry," he whispered,"if I could turn back time and stop this from ever happening, I would."

"Well, you can't. Now, you've said your sorry. You can get back to all your crazed-psycho fans and tour and life. The door is right there. Buhbye!" I said. I couldn't stand this. On one hand, I wanted to bitch-slap him across the face so hard his signature hair would fly off, but suddenly, I also wanted him to swoop down and kiss me. The latter was so much stronger...

"If that's what you want, I'll go. But here,"he said, holding out a phone case,"I got this for you. Your old phone was kinda destroyed by... you know..."

"Thanks, but no thanks. I don't need that as a constant reminder of you." My voice was dripping with hate. WHY WOULDN'T HE JUST GO?

"No, take it," he put the case and phone on my bedside table,"it's just that-I don't want to feel like I've done nothing except cause you pain. I didn't know what else I could do, so I got you this. If you need anything, tell me."

"All I need is for you to LEAVE." I nearly shrieked.

"If that's what you really want." he whispered, his head down. With that, he turned and headed for the door, his footsteps slow and hesitant. Before he disappeared from sight, he turned and looked at me, his mouth slightly opened.

"Yes?" I asked, irritated.

"I-... never mind." And then, he was gone.

Wow. Thank God that freak is GONE, I thought to myself. But, now that he isn't here anymore, I felt... weird. Sad even. It was like half of my heart was missing or something. I groaned and thumped my good foot.

"Stupid Justin Bieber." I muttered.

"SASHA!" my mom and Acadia both ran into the room, each talking at about a mile per minute.

"GUYS CALM DOWN!" I laughed, instantly feeling a bit better. Sometimes, these two are totally messed up!

"Baby how are you feeling?" my mom asked me. Acadia was bouncing up and down on her toes, a grin nearly cracking her face in half.

"I'm fine. Now." I said.

"What do you mean, now? What happened?"

"Mom, it was the craziest thing. The source of Acadia's obsession was just in this room." I rolled my eyes.

"Justin? Yeah we saw him. He's such a sweetie! He canceled his entire tour because he wanted to make sure he was here when you woke up!" Acadia exclaimed,"and he HATES disappointing his fans by canceling on them. He really felt awful about this. He stayed with you every night; never left actually! He even sang to you!"

"He's a very sweet boy," my mom added, "and his stories, wow! He's had quite an amazing experience. And oh, was he ever fun-"

"MOM!" I yelled, cutting her off,"You sound like you really love him. What, has Bieber Fever affected you, too?"

"I guess it did!" my mom laughed. She sounded so young and happy. I rolled my eyes at her obvious craze, but somehow I understood. He didn't seem like such a bad guy...

"UGH." I groaned.

"WHAT? WHAT HURTS?" my mom shouted, "CALL THE NURSE! Baby everything is gonna be fin-"

"MOM I'M FINE!" WOW this woman can overreact! "It's just, I feel really bad. I kinda told Justin to, well, get out of here."

"YOU DID WHAT?!" Acadia shouted suddenly, "HE'S SO SWEET AND YOU MADE HIM LEAVE?!"

"I know that and I feel horrible now! Can you guys please see if you can find him? I want to thank him. Besides, I need a few minutes to myself."

"Okay sweetie, we'll see what we can do." my mom said as she headed to the door, Acadia following close behind, "I mean, he shouldn't be THAT hard to find. Just look for the screaming girls!"

I laughed. I knew just how right she was!

After they finally left, I sat there and closed my eyes. Justin Bieber stayed with me, canceled his tour and let down MILLIONS of girls just to make sure i was okay? I'm not even a fan, not to mention the fact that he doesn't know me!

How can I be so bitchy? I thought to myself.

Suddenly, the phone Justin gave me started ringing. I reached over and pulled it out of its case.

"1 NEW MESSAGE" read the screen of the dark purple Blackberry.
