chapter 11

Layla woke up to see her mam and dad singing happy birthday to her.

"Here you go" Cheryl handed Layla a silver bracelet with diamonds that said Layla Tweedy.

"Aww thanks mam" Layla replied giving both her mam and dad a kiss amd hug.

"Now come downstairs we made you your best breakfast" Tre said getting off the bed and helped Layla off.

After breakfast, Layla went out with her mates after receiving the gifts they brought her.

They went ice skating again as Layla started to like it a lot.

When they got there Layla saw Katy Watson, one of her enemies at school. They used to be friends but then they argued and never got on afterwards.

Jacob went to get his and Laylas skates and Katy walked over to Layla.

"Hi bitch" Katy said as she stood in front of Layla.

"Go fuck off Katy" Layla said already pissed off just seeing her.

"Aww why so you and your boyfriend can go skate together looking like clowns"

"Just move" Layla pushed Katy out of the way. Katy fancied Jacob and never liked the fact that Layla and Jacob went out.

Katy took Laylas arm and pushed her back

"You better watch out, I'll get my brother on you" Katy said, Layla shrugged her off.

"I dont care your brother wont do anything and go piss of you jealous bitch" Layla said and walked away.

She didnt want anything to ruin her birthday. So she carried on having fun forgetting about what Katy said.

After skating Layla went home with Jacob, they thought they'd ask her parents permission to step up in their relationship.

When they got home Cheryl came over to them.

"Hello did you have a fun time?" Cheryl asksd pulling Layla into a hug.

"Yep" Layla replied

"Good, were taking you out for dinner in a nice fancy restaurant and Jacob were more than happy to let you come along" Cheryl said

Jacob agreed he quickly went home to put some suitable clothes on. He came back to Laylas house and she was ready. Her hair was done in curls around her back and shoulders, she had a red dress on that made her look adorably cute. Jacob couldnt take his eyes off her.

At the same time Layla couldnt take her eyes of Jacob. He was wearing a suit, he looked so smart and his chest popped out a little making him look muscly and handsome. He had an earing on too.

He walked over to Layla

"You look absolutely gorgeous babe, happy birthday." He said.

"Thanks" she blushed.

"We'll ask then another time" layla whispered and Jacob nodded. She was referring to them two talking to Laylas parents.

"Come on, lets go" cheryl said.

They made there way to the restaurant. It was all fancy and nice. The food was amazing aswell. They got home and it was late so Jacob went home after giving Layla her presents. So did her parents and then she made her way upstairs and took her make up off and put on her pajamas. She wore the necklace Jacob had given her, it was half of a heart, she had one half and he had the other on his keys.

She started to think about the threat Katy said but she shrugged it off. She soon fell asleep cuddled up to her pillow.
