"Can I go to a party for halloween, its at 5 tomorrow?" Layla asked her mother.

"Yep, I'll drop you off and your dad will pick you up" Cheryl replied.

"Thanks mam" Layla gave her mother a hug.

"So yesterday, you were quiet, anything you want to talk to me about?" Cheryl asked her daughter, looking directly at her.

"Nah, I was just tired" Layla said though really she wanted to talk to her parents about about her and Jacobs relationship.

"Are you sure?" Cheryl asked

"Yep" Layla replied.

"Can I go out with some mates?" Layla asked.

"Yes come back before dinner though" Cheryl told Layla. Layla put on her coat and went to the park where she was meeting Jacob.

"Hi" Layla greeted Jacob.

"Hi babes" Jacob kissed her cheek.

"Mam asked me if I wanted to talk to her about something, I said no"

"Don't worry yeah, we'll talk to both of your parents, whenever your ready" Jacob told her locking there fingers together and walking through the park.

"So you coming to the Halloween party right, Sonia, Jake, Tre and Tasha wanna leave the party and go to that scary abandoned house by the graveyard"

"Yep im coming, we should go along, that'd be fun, right" Jacob said.

"Yeah well kinda, its gonna be scary though" Layla replied.

"Don't worry i'll be there for you"

"I feel like pranking or scaring someone" Layla randomly thought out loud.

"How about we pull a prank, like the old times" Jacob smiled remembering the memories he and Layla shared.

"Aye those were the days.... ooh I got a good one, how about we pretend that im pregnant to my parents, can you imagine the look on their faces, plus it would help is see what their reaction would be like if I actually did get pregnant" Layla laughed.

"I would do that you know, as long ad I don't break your parents trust and all"

"Nah you won't, we'll obviously tell them were joking afterwards" Layla reassured Jacob.

"Cool, so i'll come down yours and we'll tell them later today"
