"Hey Lyric." She said sitting across from me on the other couch.

"Hey Shay."

"So y'all cousins? Why I never meet her?" Julian asked looking at Shavon.

"We don't really hang like we use to. Its a long story."She looked back at me "How you been? " She asked.

I was shocked she was even speaking to me because just like I can hold a grudge so can she. When I said we were just alike and you would've thought we were sisters, I meant it. We stubborn as hell.

"I've been good. How's everything with you and the fam? "

"It's good. Ma ask about you all the time when she talk to auntie. "

"I know. I told my mother to give her my new number so I could speak to her. She called my ass fake and some more shit. "

'She a mess man I stamp." I laughed thinking about her mother. My mother and aunt Kim act just a like, so you know they sisters. It's crazy cause that's how me and Shavon was before the fall out.

When I cut her off I just stop coming around all together, it felt awkward. So I don't really see my aunt like that unless she comes over our house.

"Shavon where you at? " we heard some girl yell.

"I'm in the living room Keli."

"Ohh Lord." I heard Jordan mumble.

I wonder what's that all about. I guess we shall see. She walked in the room and hugged Shay and Julian.

"Bitch I was calling your phone. I was trying to see if y'all needed anything from the store. "

"Nah everything good."

"Ohh okay." She turned around and spoke to everyone in the room. Finally she walked up on Jordan smirking hard ass shit, that's when I knew they had something going on once upon a time.

"Hi Jordan. Long time no speak huh?"

"Yea but you know why that is." He said not even looking her way.

"Yea okay but who's this? "She asked looking at me.

"My girl, why wassup?."

"Your so disrespectful it's ridiculous. "

"Now how is that?"

"Because you bringing random bitches to my cousin house knowing I would be here?" This stop sign built ass bitch got the right one tonight .

"I have yet to say one word to you so please don't call me out my name" I spoke up."

"And if I do what's goin happen?"

"Man go head" Jordan said waving her off.

"Nah cause I really wanna know."

"Keli It's so many things I could call you right now but out off respect for my man's house and the fact that you his cousin imma chill."

"Yea we'll see about that." She rolled her eyes at me.

"Yo keli this is not the place." Juilan said.

"Come on bae." Jordan said taking hand and leading me into the kitchen where some more people were socializing.

For the rest of the party we moved around the house talking and meeting other people. I meet a few more of Jordan friends and Julian family members. I even made some small talk and had a drink with my cousin after me and Jordan ate.
