Luke's POV

My nerves were a mess as the guys and I drove aimlessly around LA.

"I don't know where I'm going guys," I gasp exasperatedly, "I don't know what I'm doing!"

"Relax," Ashton said from the passenger seat, "It'll come to you, just keep driving."

I gulped but followed his advice. Ashton was the first to meet his soulmate, Natalie, so I just listened to his advice and trusted he was right.

"When I met Jade I just felt like a swim and bam, I tripped over her sisters sand castle and there she was," Calum remembered fondly.

Michael, of course, didn't have a sentiment to share. He was just as lost as me since he has yet to have been matched with his soulmate.

"That's great, Cal," I muttered impatiently, "Haven't heard that one before."

"Hey!" Calum frowned, slouching in his seat.

I looked back at Calum through the rearview, "Cal, I'm sorry I'm just-" my apology was cut short though, when a green sign caught my eye through the mirror.

On instinct, I took a risky u-turn that made all three of the guys shout at me.

"What the hell, Luke?" Michael shouted.

"Luke we could have died!" Calum overreacted.

While those two freaked out, Ashton just smiled.

"I'm sorry!" I stressed, turning into the lot of the restaurant, "I just have to be here."

It took me a couple moments after I said it for me to realize what it meant, and my heart rate went crazy while my three friends shared knowing smiled.

"Sh-shut up," I stammered as I shut off the car and we all piled out and began our trek to the front entrance.

"We weren't saying anything," Calum said giddily.

"It's your stupid faces," I looking down, jamming my hands into my pockets awkward, "your expressions say enough."

The boys laughed amongst themselves and I began questioning why I even brought them along as we walked through the front doors.

"Hello, how many-" the hostess gasped mid greeting when she looked up, "Wait, are you 5 Seconds of Summer?" The hostess asked.

Michael chuckled sheepishly, "Yeah, that's us."

"Oh my god! My niece loves you guys! If it's not too much of a bother, an autograph it would mean the world to her. I'll welcome you to our VIP lounge right after." The hostess gushed, and all the guys looked to me for an answer. It didn't seem to matter whether I was out here or in some VIP lounge, so I shrugged and nodded.

"Where should we sign?" Ashton asked just as a swarm of people in party hats piled in, enveloping us in the crowd.

"Why don't I show you to the lounge first?" The hostess offered. We nodded thankfully as she lead us away from the rowdy crowd.
