Omg 10k? TYSM!!!
Kay's pov
I frowned as I finished the last sip of my beloved Starbucks latte.
"Wait, what about the kittens?" Bryana asked, I was filling Bry and Jade in about why I was gone the entire day yesterday.
"The shelters were too far away to walk to." I shrugged as I tried to skillfully throw my empty cup into the trash, but I failed horribly.
I groaned as I grabbed a napkin to clean the coffee splashes.
"So you left us here and you didn't even see the kittens, shame on you." Jade shook her head as I wiped the coffee of the floor.
"Oh shut up, would you? What's happening today?" I asked once my mess was finally clean and properly thrown out.
"The boys have an interview and asked us to tag along so from there we are all going to get something to eat, then we are heading to the stage for their next performance." Jade informed me and I nodded.
"When do we get-" I began to ask when we will be at the arena but the bus came to a halt. "Never mind." I said as I peered out the window to see the empty arena bus parking lot.
"When's their interview?" I asked curiously.
"We leave in like 30 minutes." Bryana answered as she typed something on her phone.
"I'm going to go get ready then." I mumbled almost inaudibly before I walked slowly towards the back of the bus.

"Hello, I'm Raina Reece and today I am accompanied by 5 Seconds of Summer." A brunette women smiled towards the camera as it focused on to four boys who all chorused a variation of ways to say "hello".
"Today, I have some questions for you, then we have some Twitter questions and a few games, how does that sound?" The overly happy women smiled.
"That sounds great," Ashton was the first to answer.
"Alright, ready to get started?" I have a feeling that they didn't plan enough things to do with the boys so now she's just asking these filler questions.
The boys chorused a series of "yeahs" and "yups" while Raina took out her cards.
"So the first question is for Calum-" I wasn't really listening to be honest, it is impossible to fall asleep in that bust so I was extremely tired, but I took interest in one question.
"So Luke, there have been pictures of you surfacing with this girl, Kay, everywhere! Is another one of our beloved 5sos boys taken off the soulmate market?" She questioned. Luke looked towards me for help and I just nodded, telling him to say whatever he wanted.
"Yeah, yes, I've found my soulmate." A large smile grew on his face while Michael's faltered but I chose to ignore it.
"I don't want to pry, but tell us a little bit more, just a little." Raina almost begged.
"Her name is Kay, and well, she's just amazing overall." Luke answered short and sweet.
"Alright, now let's get into some Twitter questions."
••
The boys would have to go on stage in about thirty minutes, but their interview is on the website already so we were all huddled around a computer to watch.
"I don't want to pry, but tell us a little bit more, just a little."
"Her name is Kay, and well, she's just amazing overall." Luke answered.
"Sorry to interrupt," Raina came on to the screen alone in front of a purple backdrop, "But we've got some new information! Pictures have surfaced of Kay and Michael out together getting pizza, and ice cream, and he even bought her a jacket with his name on the back."
Pictures of Michael and I popped up on the screen, I didn't even notice the photographers yesterday.
"What's going on there? A friendly day out, or maybe there's more to it. Tell us what you think on Twitter, flaw or naw, Lay or May?"
I rolled my eyes at her use of "naw" and opened my mouth to speak, "Am I not supposed to be friends with any other guy?"
"Just ignore it, it was bound to happen." Michael shook his head.
"It's best to ignore it, if they see you with any of the other boys alone they'll make a big story about it." Luke told me and I nodded in response.
"Yeah! Plus we know that there's definitely nothing going on there!" Calum said quickly.
"Yeah, obviously." Michael added.
"Boys! You're on in 5!" A women shouted at them.
No matter what any of my friends were saying, I couldn't help but let it bother me.
There's nothing there, I told myself over and over again but I couldn't help let my mind drift to the feeling I got when Michael touched my wrist. But Luke's my soulmate, it didn't mean anything, I bet his hand was just cold. Yeah, his hand was definitely cold.
