Dedicated to @jade_1919 for her first appearance in the book

Kay's pov

I clipped the bow in my hair in attempt to make it look a little better

"Kaaaaay," Luke groaned, face down on my bed, "are you done yet?"

I laughed and shook my head at him, "Be patient."

"I've been patient! For like the past two hours!" he reasoned.

"More like 20 minutes but whatever you say." When Luke got to my hotel room I was already dressed and ready, I just needed to do my hair and makeup.

"What are you doing now?" Luke asked.

"Makeup." I responded while I applied foundation to my face.

"Why?" from the corner of my eye I saw him scrunch up his nose and shake his head.

"Because I want to?" I responded, not really paying attention to what he was saying.

"-and that's why you don't need makeup." He finished.

"Mhmm." I responded as I curled my eyelashes.

"Whatever." Luke shoved his face back into my pillows and waited until I was done.

"Ok I'm ready!" I said as I tied my shoe.

"Finally!" he jumped from my bed and grabbed my hand. He practically dragged me to his car.

"Where are we going, anyways?" I asked as I buckled my seat belt.

"The Calum and Ashton have some people they want you to meet." Luke tapped his fingers on the steering wheel as he drove.

"Who?" I asked curiously.

"You'll see." He responded and glanced at me. I saw him smirk and he said, "we're twinning."

"Huh?" I asked.

"My bracelet." he pointed out and he was right. I had a batman shirt and he had a batman bracelet.

"I guess your right Mr. Hemmings." I looked out the window as we drove.

"I'm always right Miss. Sharpe."

A few hours later

"Welcome to the Irwin house, Kay." Ashton opened the door for Luke and I.

"Everyone's in the back yard, c'mon." We followed Ashton to the back where two girls stood next to Calum.

"Hey." Ashton slid his arm around the blonde girl and kissed her cheek. And oh my god, she's gorgeous. I feel self conscious just standing near her.

The other girl was holding Calum's and and she was also beautiful. Remind me again why I'm standing next to two girls who literally make me self conscious just by looking at them? That's right, I don't even know.

"Hi Kay, I'm Bryana. I'm Ashton's girlfriend." Ashton kissed her cheek again as she said that.

"And I'm Jade, Calum's girlfriend." both girls smiled at me and they literally had perfect smiles.

"It's nice to meet you!" I held my hand out to shake one of their hands but they just shook their heads and separated from their boyfriends to give me a hug.

"We don't do handshakes." Jade chuckled.

"I can live with that." I giggled as we pulled away.

"Alright boys, we'll see you later." Bryana said.

"Wait what?" The boys looked confused.

Byrana leaned over and whispered in my ear, "Run."

And in the blink of an eye all of us were running through the house into someone's car. I assume it was Jade's because she was driving.

"We'll see you later tonight." Jade called to the boys who were now sat on the front steps.

"So, how old are you?" Jade asked.

"18." I replied, "you?"

"I'm 20." Jade said.

"22," Bryana added on her behalf.

They were both older than their boyfriends. Calum is 19 and Ashton is 20. It only works out that Calum and Ashton met Jade and Bryana when they were 18.

The rest of the ride to wherever we were going was pretty much the same, we asked questions and each one of us answered.

By the time we got to our destination, which was of course the mall, we learned a lot about each other.

Even if some of the things we learned about each other was stupid and irrelevant like our favorite color, it still brought us closer as friends.

"Oh my god!" Bryana said dragging us to necklaces that were all different colors, and all the same shape. They were like little crystals with a wire at the top that connected it to the chain.

"Grab your favorite color, we're getting friendship necklaces." Jade picked hers out and Bryana and I grabbed one also.

"We're gonna be goals af with these." Jade examined the necklace in her hands.

Once we bought them we just walked around the mall and talked.

"So are you still in school?" Bryana asked.

"Yeah, I have to do online work everyday here, I miss it sometimes but I manage." I shrugged.

"Ugh, I hated school. Thank god I didn't need to go to college." Bryana said.

"Why not?" I asked.

"I'm in the modeling business and well, I've been doing it for a while, I didn't need college." She explained.

"What about you Jade." I asked.

"She's a singer." Bryana said before Jade could say anything.

"No I'm not! I do online college." Jade playfully shoved Bryana a little but with her shoulder.

"Well you should be, I'm telling you, just make covers on YouTube." Bryana told her.

"Everyone will think I'm trying to take advantage of Cal's fame. And I'm not that good anyways." Jade said.

"Oh god, Kay you have to hear her sing one day, she's amazing but she chooses not to believe it," Bryana took a sick if her Starbucks we got before we bought the necklaces.

"What do you say Jade? You gonna let me hear you sing one day?" I asked excitedly.

"I guess, but right now we should get back to the boys. It's getting pretty late." She checked her phone for the time.

"Yeah your right," Bryana glanced at Jade's phone for the time, "let's head out."

We turned around and began to walk to where we left the car.

A/N it's a little late sorry
Literally 30 minutes before the day ended, in my timeline anyways
I hope it doesn't suck, I'm tired but I needed to get this in
