Ring

Ring

Yawning silently, I stretch out and check the time on my phone, 7:01am.

Not needing to get up straight away, I click onto the Tumblr app and scroll, reblog and like until I get bored and almost fall back to sleep.

Suddenly, I remember everything from yesterday.

Ricky warned me that they'd hurt me.

They hate me even more.

They think I turned Connor gay.

Honest to god, they're so dumb. It's not possible to 'turn' someone gay, and even if it was, I don't have that power. I can't change someone's sexuality. Nobody can. I can't make Connor not straight.

A lot less tired than before, I get up to get ready for school. Once at my closet, I pick out some black skinny jeans and a black jumper. Fashion is dead.

After washing, I throw on my clothes and take my hair stuff to the bathroom.

I brush my teeth (and floss, yay flossing) for a little over two minutes and then pick up my sea salt spray.

Due to the unusually frizzy hair I'm dealing with today, I use a lot of it. I double and triple check it looks okay before picking up my already sorted out bag from my room.

Bag on my back, I tiptoe down the stairs. I don't know if my parents are in bed. I wouldn't want to wake them up by being loud.

Luckily, my parents and Tyde are all in the kitchen eating breakfast of some sorts. I join them, picking up an apple (god I'm so healthy guys) and walking to the kitchen table.

"Hey Mom, hey Dad, hey Tydie." I say, nodding my head at them.

"Hi Troye. I've got a Math test today." Tyde complains.

"Want me to test you?" I offer, having 20 minutes to spare.

"Yes please, thanks T!" He smiles.

I do just as I had offered, and test him on some Math questions before finishing my apple and leaving the house.

I don't see Korey straight away, so I wait for him outside my house for a few minutes.

"Hey." Korey calls and I turn to meet him.

"Hi, let's go!" I smile, pretending like I'm not dreading today.

With my mind everywhere, and my fear out of the roof, I hardly say a word the whole way to school. Only greeting Tyler when we meet him at his estate.

"Hey Ty." I say simply, head still looking straight down to the sidewalk.

"Hey..." He replies, probably noticing my weird attitude. I don't care if they know something's up, I'm not recounting that phone call to them. Not now. And hopefully not ever.

We reach the school in what felt like seconds because I wasn't paying any attention to where I was going or how fast we were walking.

"I've got English," I mumble, barely audibly. "I'm gonna go there now."

Not even waiting for their responses, I begin to make my way to my English classroom. It's not like they won't be talking about me anyway.

Walking slowly, I pass the lockers, only to be greeted by the same voice as yesterday.
