I wake up with a massive hangover. I haven't drank for a while and I probanly never should again. This was the worst feeling ever. After my long warm shower, I get dressed and see a few texts from Dylan asking if he wanted me to come to the gym. He tried to get me all focused on this gym obsession life but it was a no from me.

My school friends were still texting me but it was just not right. I didn't want to still be around them. They reminded me too much of Freddie and Mason.

"Good morning." My mom says as I walk into the kitchen. "I am so hungry."

"So who was the boy yesterday?" My mom asks smiling.

"Nobody." I say looking at my coffee. I would never risk my mom again for some stupid guy. My mom suffered enough after Freddie was the cause of her miscarriage.

"Come on Freya. Why are you so secretive?"

"Because he is just a friend." I say and suddenly last night floods back into my brain. "Oh no..." I say and put my head on the table. "I just remembered I embarrassed myself. I was so drunk."

"He looked like he was really into you." My mom says.

"He asked if were ever going to be more than friends and I said maybe. I'm so mean."

"Look, you're being very closed off. Allow yourself to like someone again and just be careful." She says and I bite my lower lip.

"You think so?"

"Absolutely."

"I should probably text him back then." I say getting up and walking up the stairs to my room. I take my phone out the charge and look at his texts asking how the hangover was. He asks me to come have breakfast at his apartment and I feel a little giddy. I get dressed into white skinny jeans and a blouse wearing my nike airforces before brushing my hair and letting it fall over my shoulders.

I drive to his apartment trying to forget what I said last night. I made such a fool out of myself.

"Hey." He says opening up. I put my bag down on the floor and close the door behind me.

"Hey." I say and he looks at me a few seconds not knowing if he should hug me or something. I put my arms around his mid and he hugs me back. He was wearing a white Tshirt and grey sweatpants that hang low on his hips as usual. "You don't even look like you have a hangover."

"My head still kinda hurts." I say and he chuckles walking into his kitchen. "You made breakfast."

"You thought I would just order it?" He says and I chuckle.

"I did not know you could cook." I say sitting down as he puts a stack of waffles down next to me.

"You see my mom was never really around and I am the oldest so I had to cook for everyone."

"Thats soooooo sexy." I say putting a piece of waffle in my mouth. "They taste so good." I say and he chuckles and sits down putting strawberries next to me as well.

"About last night..." I say looking down letting my hair cover my face so that he couldn't see me.

"You were drunk." He says and I sigh looking up running my fingers through my hair so that it didn't cover my face. "And you didn't take advantage of me. I kind of realised I have been a bitch stringing you along without really wanting a relationship and that. I don't want you to give up on me."

"I won't. You need time and I get that." He says and I look at him. He was so sweet and understanding. I smile at him biting into a strawberry. "You know, I just remembered, when you gave me flowers and I sneezed the whole day." I laugh and he just shakes his head.
