Cliché, Complicated and Confusing.

Freya's POV

Nobody knew what the hell was going on. All we knew was that Marshall had asked to come here and surprise Emily. I had an idea in the back of my mind but he didn't tell me anything. Romeo was holding my hand as we stood around waiting for Emily and Marshall at the beach at almost 11 in the evening.  It was nice and warm still. There was a small wind that came here and there but nothing big. We were all just talking silently wondering what was going on.

"I'm cold." Anna says and Noah gives her his jacket hugging her. It was weird how he was so much taller than her now. It seemed like yesterday the two hung out and were the same height.

"This is creepy. What if Marshall is pranking all of us." Dylan says and I chuckle. "We drove up all the way here and they aren't even showing up." My dad says so inpatient.

Vanessa, Shane and Tracey were here as well. Tracey was an actress at Models as well. She became really good friends with Emily a year ago when she started there. "The guy is setting up fireworks." Spencer says looking at the guy Dylan was talking to. I bet he knew what was going on but was just not telling us. Him and Marshall were like best friends. They lived together, went gym together and probably even went to bed at the same time. Them and Noah were like three peas in a pod. Had silent inside jokes and got eachother but I knew Marshall was closer to Dylan than to Noah.

"There they are. Emilys got a blind fold." I wave at Marshall who waves back at us. "Shhhhh everyone." Dylan says as they come closer. It was pitch dark apart from the moonlight shining on us. I look at Marshall who stands still infront of us a few meters away. He whispers something in her ear before taking off the blindfold.

"Surprise!" We all say at the same time. Her face was confused but also surprised at the same time. I laugh at how cute my big sister was all confused. Marshall whispers something again and she turns around to the guy who set off the fireworks. Romeo wrapped his arms around me as he stood behind me we watched the fire displayes. Oh he was so proposing. Will you marry me? Te fireworks say. I could hear everyone screaming especially the girls as they read the display. I couldn't control myself. I was screaming as well.

"Oh my God!" My mom screams. Guess my dad didn't fill her in. Her and Lily were holding onto eachother as Marshall went on one knee and proposed. I saw the shock in Emilys eyes as she looked at Marshall. There were tears running down her cheeks as she puts her hand on her mouth. This was the most romantic thing I have ever seen. I loved it! We all wait for Emilys reaction. She was hiding her face fully and was in proper tears. I loved my sister because she was my sister but because she was such a nice genuine person and I wanted to see her happy for the rest of her life and I knew she would be that with Marshall. The way she spoke about him and looked at him. That was true love.

Emily nods and Marshall gets up after sliding the ring I chose on her finger. He kisses her before hugging her. After a few seconds she wipes her tears and everyone went up to them. Everyone was hugging them and congratulating them. I wipe my cheek and hug my big sister and my brother in law.

"I helped chose the ring." I say and she laughs, "You knew?" She asks and I nod smiling. We head back to the house all screaming and smiling and being happy. We leave the engaged couple to have their little weekend here. Romeo and I drive back home. It was sad he was leaving soon and I wouldn't see him. Suddenly the thought of him leaving tomorrow made me so sad.

"I'm gonna miss you." I say putting my feet on the dash board. He clears his throat and looks at me for a second before looking back at the road.

"So am I." He says holding my hand.

"I can't believe youre leaving tomorrow." I sigh and he looks at me and smiles. "Who knew when I asked you on a date and you said no we would be this inseperable?" He says and I laugh
