How Much You Are Worth?

Have you ever sat down and wondered how much you are worth?

How insignificant you are compared to everything else in existence?

There are so many things bigger than us, it's almost unfathomable.

The stars, Earth, everything seems to take up so much more space.

What has become of us?

What will become of us?

Why are we like this?

Why must we live like this?

How could anyone care about something so incredibly tiny and insignificant?

How could we possibly make a difference if we don't even take up 1% of anything?

How could we do much of anything?

When you don't think about it too much it seems like there is nothing that you can't do.

But when you sit down and think about everything...

Life just seems so complicated.

Life just seems meaningless.

I'm writing this out, but can't help and feel small.

Even this small little poem won't make a difference.

You may remember this now, and probably five minutes from now.

But what about a year from now, five, ten?

Everything is so insignificant.

Every little thing is.

What matters now, won't in much longer.

Your embarrassing moments won't matter soon.

Your sadness won't either.

Your happiness will soon be forgotten.

Every emotion will disappear.

Every action will no longer be remembered.

Why would anyone love or notice something so insignificant?

Have you ever sat down,

And thought about how small you are.

How small your room is.

How small your house is.

How small your city is,

Compared to the entire world.

How much am I worth?

How much are you worth?
