I throw my suitcase into the back of the car. I turn around and run right into something, or someone.

"Nervous?" Cross asked.

I shook my head no', and walk away. I was nervous as hell. I was about to to throw up, cry, or punch something, or maybe all three. I get in the car that Lily, Derek, Arie, and me will all be sharing. We all said goodbye to everyone, so now were are just waiting for everyone else to get in. The royals are already at the sky port, waiting for us.

The two guards climb in and turned to us. The one driving which was Toddy spoke. "You guys ready?"

"Ya," Lily whispered beside me, while Arie yells yes, and jumping in her seat. I turned back to see how Derek was handling Arie, but he was just staring into space.

The two turned to the front, and Toddy starts the car. I turn to look out the window. I watch as the trees went by in a green blur, then turn into the city of Feather Green. I watch as the city I grow up in past by me, all the memories, all the people I've met, everything. Just past by in a blur. All to soon we reached sky port. The driver drove right to where the skybirds were.
Holy freaking shit!

That is huge!

And metal!

That's it, I'm not getting on that-that metal death thing! I've heard of skybirds, but this? This is crazy! And how is something like THAT supposed to get into the sky, away how? No, sir! I'm staying right here!

Toddy stops the car, and turns back to us. "It's time to get out now."

I cleared my throat. "Um, do you think you could give us a few minutes. Please." I said while staring at the plane.

The two chuckled. The one that was sitting behind me gets out, while Toddy says. "Ya, we'll give you a few minutes to talk."

"Thank you," I say while he's getting out of the car.

Lily turns to look at me, while Derek climbs over the seat, hitting me and Lily in the process. He looks at me with raised eyebrows. "So, what are we going to do?"

"Ya, I am not, N.O.T-not getting on that skybird." Lily then points to the plane to emphasize her point.

"Well... do either of you guys know who to drive a car?"

"Well actually I kno-" Derek was cut off when the car door opened to reveal Cross standing there, with a knowing expression. "Don't even think about it. Your ass's are getting on that skybird, and I don't care what I have to do, to put them there."

Derek and Lily gave me a glance before getting out of the car. I look at Cross and glared. "Get out if the car Avey."

"Tough shit." I kept on glaring at Cross, and so did he. We only broke eye contact when Dowson, Cody, and Alex came and pulled me out of the car.
Dowson has my arms, while Alex and Cody each have a leg. I try and wiggle out of their holds, but they have a good grip.

Dowson lets out a laugh, "Avey, you might not want to do that. You could fall and smash your head against the ground."

"Good!" I snarl at him. "Then I won't have to get on that damn skybird." The three boys just laugh at my statement, but knowing that it's true, their grip tightened.

Halfway to the skybirds stairs, we see Derek run by, followed by guards with guns. When I start to freak out, the guys tell me that it's a tranq gun. I then yell out that they should just shoot him anyway. When the plane is getting closer, and closer with each step, my heart beats faster and faster with anticipation. Just before the gigantic metal death trap, the boys stop. Alex, and Cody set me down, but Dowson keeps a firm hold on my arms.
