Never knew

chapter 4- He's my mate?

I ran up to Mary and Sally who were standing there waiting for me. I never knew that I had missed them this much until now. I couldn't wait to spend all of my time with them for the next week. I remember being told that I have to meet with their packs Alpha to say that I am staying on his land for a little while.

"I missed you so much Tay!" Sally squealed as she hugged me. We spent five minutes saying how much we had missed each other until Mary said that it was time to go back to their house. The drive there was only thirty minutes, I was shown up stairs to the room I would be staying in. I had unpacked all of my stuff and was changed in twenty minutes and was just walking down the stairs towards the kitchen as Tim walked around the corner and bumped into me.

"Oh there you are, I was just looking for you" Tim stated

"Why?"

"Mum said it was time for you to go and talk Alpha Mason about staying here" I nodded and walked over to where Mary, Bob and Sally were waiting for me.

"Hey are we going now?" I asked as I walked over to them. Mary and Bob nodded.

"Not until you change Tay, you can't meet the Alpha like that" Sally said as she started to pull me away. "Give me five minutes" I looked down at what I was wearing, I saw nothing wrong with them.

"Sal? Why do I have to change?" I asked as we walked into my room.

"You can not meet the Alpha in trackies and a singlet top" She laughed. Sally walked over to my cupboard and pulled out cloths. A hot pink singlet and a light pink and black skirt with black heals.

"Do I have to wear so much pink?" I asked looking at the cloths. Sally sighed and walked back over to the cupboard and pulled out more stuff. "OMG! That looks awesome" I said as I saw the black dress she was holding with and dark blue belt and blue heals.

Twenty minutes later we pulled up outside of the pack house. I looked over to Sally and she gave me a small smile. Tim grabbed my hand in comfort after noticing that I was nervous, I smiled up at him in thanks. We all got out of the car and walked up to the house. We waited for a minute before someone opened the door, I stood behind everyone else and out of view of whoever had opened the door. I was always nervous/scared around people I didn't know.

"We are here to talk to Alpha Mason" Uncle Bob said to whoever was there.

"Of course, he is waiting for you in his office, follow me" The voice said, I heard footsteps meaning they had walked away, Sally and Tim grabbed my hands and pulled me inside. We followed the person for a minute before stopping outside of a door, my guess this was the Alpha's office. "Alpha, the Hamton's are here to see you" Someone said after knocking on the door and it was opened.

"Of course, come on in" That voice sent shivers up my spine. I had no idea what the was or why it happened. I followed everyone else into the room. I was still standing behind Sally and Tim. "Please have a seat" I quickly grabbed Sally's hand when she started to move away from me.

"It's okay Tay, sit next to me" Sally said quietly and went to sit on the couch the Tim was on. I sat in the middle of them both. "Stop worrying Taylah, it will be fine" I nodded, too scared to talk.

"And what is this meeting about Bob?" The Alpha asked once everyone was seated.

"We wanted to know if it was okay for my niece to stay with us for this week?" My uncle answered.

"That is fine, but when will I be meeting her? I can't have just anybody come onto our land"

"Well she is here with us now, if you wanted to speak with her Alpha"
