Over the next few weeks I know I had a lot to plan, even if they were only small things. Mason was putting together the twins bedroom, which was next to ours, dealing with the pack and planning our getaway weekend, while I was planning the rest of the wedding and making sure everyone know what was happening, I had just sent out the invitations to the Alpha's, Luna's, Beta's and Beta females of other packs and all of our friends and family. In total there were a lot of invitations to fill out and post, I lost count of how many people were coming, I wanted to know by the end of next week who was coming and who wasn’t so I could work out where everyone was to be placed, I sent out extra letters to those who were to be involved in the wedding, I didn’t bother sending any out to those in the pack, I would just hand them out at the next meeting which was in a few days. I had set the dates for rehearsals, practices and dance lessons, cause I know not everyone can dance, myself included.
"TAY!!!" I heard Mason yell from down the hall
"What?" I called back
"Can you come help me please, I cant work this out" Sighing, I stood up and walked into the room being set up for the twins.
"What cant you work out this time?" I asked, sitting down on the rocking chair in the corner.
"I don’t get how you set up the cribs it doesn’t make any sense"
"Would you like me to read out the instructions for you? Have you even tried to read them this time or have you been guessing again?" I laughed
"I have read them, it just doesn’t make any sense"
"Okay, hand the instructions to me and I'll read them" Once the instructions were handed to me I quickly read over them. "Mason, babe, how do you not understand this, it's easy."
"I don’t know, they hate me" He shrugged
I spent the next two hours helping Mason put the room together and telling him where to place everything, we had painted the room last week and stuck stickers on the walls and roof, it looked cute, there were little animal stickers along the walls to create a forest scene across two of them the other had pictures hung up and their names (first and middle) above their beds and since their names were on the wall and a dead give away on the genders non of our friends and family were allowed in the room yet, they were only allowed to help paint, hang pictures and stick on stickers, after that we told them they weren't allowed in the room.
We had just finished the room, when I heard squeals from down stairs. I looked over to Mason who shrugged in answer to my silent question, he's not much help. I walked down the stairs with his help, not that I needed it but anyway, I noticed all our friends standing in the middle of the lounge room talking excitedly to each other, non of them noticed us standing there watching them, laughing as we did. It wasn’t until I noticed Jess standing there that I said anything. Jess had gone back home a few days after we had gone shopping.
"JESSICA" I yelled, walking over to her as fast as I could.
"TAYLAH" She yelled back, laughing at me.
"I missed you" I hugged her tightly
"I missed you to" She hugged me back.
"How come you didn’t tell me you were coming?"
"Well I didn’t plan it, Billy did and didn’t tell me. But I am glad he did other wise I wouldn’t be able to tell you in person"
"Tell me what?" Instead of answering me, Jess held up her left hand, it was then that I noticed the ring. "Oh my god"
"I know right, I'm so excited"
"I bet you are" Her ring was silver with smaller parts that wrapped around the top half of the ring, like vines, in between were small diamond pieces to give it a little sparkle. "It's so pretty, so how did he ask? Tell me everything"
