Taylah's pov
I sat there wondering who had called Mason, and I was wondering what was in the box. I could tell Mason knew from the way he had looked at it, he seemed very happy to see a small box. Mason walked back into the room looking worried and upset, I wonder what the call was about. Was his pack in trouble? Or was it about me? I had about a million questions running though my mind at once. He must have noticed because he looked at me and gave m a small smile. Sitting on the side of the bed, Mason pulled me over to him and held me close. I leaned my head on his chest and rapped my arms around his torso.
"I have to leave soon, Matthew said there was some people who were coming to see me, but never said who they were. They had also said that they wouldn’t see anyone but me." Mason whispered after a minute.
"How long until you have to leave?"
"Couple of days, I'm sorry baby. I really want to stay here with you but I can't. I wish I didn’t have to go so soon, I'm really going to miss you"
"Mas, it's fine. I knew that you would have pack stuff to take care of, I'm not going to stop you from doing your job. I wish you could stay as well and I'm going to miss you so much"
"I wanted to ask you something"
"What? If it's about the box, I didn’t look in it, I promise" Mason laughed at me.
"Good" He said before standing up and grabbing the box and bringing it over to me. "Open it"
I took the box and opened the lid. I gasped seeing a beautiful ring sitting inside. It was white gold with small diamonds around it, Mason took it out of the box and held it in his hand, turning his face towards me before talking.
"Taylah, I know we haven't known each other every long but I know that I want to be with you for the rest of my life. You are the most wonderful and passionate person I know, you care more about others then you do yourself, you have winded your way into my mind and have stolen my heart. There will only ever be you for me now, I never thought I would find someone like you who would be able to stay with me for every long. You look beautiful to me no matter what others say, weather your having a bad day or a good one I will always be by your side. So will you, Taylah Marie Hamton, marry me?" OMG he is proposing to me, me the girl lying in a hospital bed and had caused so much trouble for everyone. I never thought someone could think so many nice things about me after everything that has happened. I knew I loved him so much more right now.
"I never thought someone could think all of that about me, after what has happened" I said before throwing my arms around his neck and hugging him. "Of course I will marry you" He laughed at me.
"How could I not think all of that about you Taylah, you really are one of the most wonderful people I know, I love you so much I don’t know what I would do without you with me, even after everything that has happened"
After he said that I kissed him, with all the passion and love I had inside of me. I pulled away after a minute and he slipped the ring onto my finger, I hugged him tight again. I can't believe that I'm getting married to someone I love so much. I looked down at the ring that was now on my finger, it was beautiful. As I stared at the ring, I lied my head on Mason's chest and slowly fell asleep with him rubbing his hand up and down my arm.

Mason's POV
I was upset as I walked back into Taylah's room, I had just gotten of the phone with Matthew about stuff going on at the pack. I don’t even know the people who I had to see. I knew what was inside the box Taylah had shown me, her friends had told me that they would put it in there for me, it was a white gold ring that I had brought the other day, I had planned to ask her before we found out that she was in trouble. Taylah had told me that she still hadn't looked inside the box. As she opened the box I saw the shock on her face, I could tell she liked the ring, I grabbed the ring before looking into her eyes.
