Mason's POV
I had come to see Taylah, I had missed her so much, but I also had to talk to her father. I had found out someone in my pack was related to Brent and may be working with him, as they had disappeared a few days ago. Nobody knew what had happened, one day he was there the next he was gone, there was no sign of him ever being there. After telling Tom everything I had found out, I went and saw Taylah, she was sitting in her room with Jessica, Billy had followed me knowing they would be together. It amazed me how much they were alike.
We all sat in Taylah's room for about an hour before Billy and Jessica left, I held Taylah close to me as we lied on her bed, thinking, I had told her what I had to tell her dad and I knew she was thinking it was her fault that her mum was taken, I had to prove it to her that it wasn’t her fault. The question was how.
"It's not your fault Tay, stop thinking it is. This couldn’t be helped, he wants you to think like this and blame yourself. Don’t do what he wants, it will make him think he is winning, we don’t want that" I whispered.
"I cant help it, I know he wants he too do this, but everything he has said, makes me feel as if it is my fault and I cant get that out of my head"
"I think I have a way to get it out of your head" I smirked
"How?"
"By distracting you"
I didn’t give her a chance to respond before I kissed her softly. She smiled at me when I had pulled away slightly, I smiled back before kissing her again. I moved so I was on top of her and rested my arms on both sides of her head, holding my weight off of her. I pulled away slightly and kissed down her neck, once I had gotten to the point where her shoulder and neck join, I heard her moan, I had found her soft spot, where I would mark her, once she would let me. She pulled me back to her lips and kissed me, as I smirked and continued to kiss her soft spot.
"Wow, that is not what I want to see" We pulled away and looked over at my doorway and saw Billy standing there, looking at us, Taylah hid her head against me.
" What did you want Billy?" She asked
"Dad wanted to speak with both of you, but I can tell him your 'busy' if you want" Billy and I laughed as Taylah groans.
"Fine, tell him we will be there in a minute"
"Okay, but if your not done there in two minutes, I'm coming and getting you" He said closing the door and walking away.
She pushed me off of her, as I hadn't moved off her yet, she walked into her cupboard and get chanced before walking out again. I couldn’t help but stare at her, she looked hot, she was wearing short shorts, with a blue top and a black cropped one over the top that said trouble. Once I had stopped staring at her, I noticed she was staring at me as well, I still hadn't put my top on. I laughed at her and told her never to hide from me, when she walked away. We walked into her dad's office, only to see other people already in there.
"Dad? What's going on?" Taylah asked
"Just wait Taylah, I need everyone here first, I'm just waiting for Jessica and Billy" Tom answered
"Dad, please, is it about mum?" She whispered
'Taylah, just wait, I told you that" Tom snapped at her, she gasped and took a step back, with tears in her eyes.
"Dad" I heard Billy say from the door "How could you do that? You know how bad she feels about mum being missing, you didn’t have to snap at her. Look at her, see what you have done?" Everyone looked at her then, once Billy had said that. She had tears running down her dace and her arms wrapped around her. I went over to her and wrapped my arms around her, pulling her to my chest, hoping it would calm her down
