(Sam) you seem irritated...

(Bailey) Nick is being a jerk

(Sam) why? what's going on...you guys always get along

(Bailey) He's overly tired and more stressed which usually leads to his sugar being out of whack....he was just a jerk on the ride back... ANYWAY speaking of jerks....what has Jake been saying about me?

(Sam) *takes a deep breath* well, he was bragging that you have been texting a lot lately...that you miss him and that you guys are planning to get back together when you get back in town. When I told him to fuck off and keep dreaming he asked me why I thought that you would blow off a 12 month relationship for someone like me and that you aren't as innocent as I might think and implied to pretty much everyone at school that you guys have had sex.

(Bailey) WHAT!

(Sam) yea, this is why I wanted to talk to you rather than texting you about it.

(Bailey) you know that's not true right?

(Sam) Well, we only got the chance to go on two dates before you left town so we haven't had a lot of time to get to know each other...

(Bailey) what? *offended* so...so you actually thought that I slept with Jake?

(Sam) no...well I didn't know...Jake doesn't exactly have the rep of being an innocent guy and you guys were together for almost a year

(Bailey) yea...well, if he was having sex during that time, I can tell you right now it wasn't with me.

(Mom) who on earth are you talking to?

(Bailey) um...Sam

(Mom) that sounds like a highly inappropriate conversation to be having

(Bailey) Jake is bragging to the whole school that him and I had sex

(Mom) *eyes get huge* WHAT?! You and Jake...

(Bailey) NO!!! we didn't! but he is telling the whole school that we did

(Mom) why would he be saying something like that if it didn't happen?

(Bailey) MOM! Are you serious?

(Mom) B I'm not accusing you, I'm just asking what Jake is accomplishing by it

(Bailey) Jake isn't exactly strong on morals, he thinks it makes him look cool. I dunno, I'm not about to pretend I understand anything Jake does.

(Mom) *shaking her head* alright, finish up the conversation with Sam, and then get to bed we have an early start tomorrow

(Bailey) yes ma'am

*Mom walks out*

(Bailey) wow that was super uncomfortable

(Sam) I'm sorry, I didn't mean to call and get you upset, I just didn't want to talk about this over text

(Bailey)I didn't have sex with Jake

(Sam) Ok.

(Bailey) No....I want to make this VERY clear. I did NOT have sex...or anything close to it with Jake

(Sam) ok, I didn't mean to imply that you did. I'm sorry if it sounded like that and you haven't been talking to him or texting him lately?

(Bailey) No, I haven't talked to him or texted him

(Sam) alright, I better let you go sounds like you have an early morning...call or text me before you get on set

(Bailey) Ok I will, goodnight

(Sam) Night Beautiful

*B presses END on her phone and snaps it shut before letting out an audible growl*

*Livie walks in from Nicks room*

(Olivia) Why are you growling?

(Bailey) JAKE! He is such a douchebag! Why didn't you snap me out of it months ago

(Olivia) what did he do now?

(Bailey) he is telling the whole school that we had sex...that's why Sam wanted to talk to me so bad, he wanted to make sure it wasn't true

*Livie opened her mouth to speak*

(Bailey) I swear Livie If you even THINK of asking me if I actually had sex with him I will bite you

(Olivia) ok so you know its not true and Sam knows its not true...who cares what everyone else thinks? Let Jake run his mouth if it makes him feel like he is cool...people that really know you aren't going to believe it anyway.

(Bailey) Maybe I should text him and give him a piece of my mind

(Olivia) Don't you dare! That's what he wants is to get under your skin enough to bother you and have you react. Just ignore him. Go tell your brother goodnight so we can go to bed.

(Bailey) MY brother? *giggles* apparently you two aren't getting along? He is only MY brother when you are mad

(Olivia) he is being an ass

(Bailey) *rolls eyes* it's his sugar...just ignore him, he will morph back to normal soon enough

(Olivia) yea, I know...but still. It's like dating someone with multiple personalities. I never know who I am going to get...Sweet Nick...or Asshole Nick...or Sullen Nick...it's exhausting.

*B walks in to Nick's room, he is sitting on the bed listening to his ipod, she plops next to him on the bed and pulls an earbud from his ear*

(Bailey) Go to bed...we have an early day and you are grumptastic tonight

(Nick) *grabs his earbud* night!

*B stands up and smacks Nick upside the head and walks out*

*B wakes at 2 am when she feels her mattress shift, she opens her eyes to see Nick sitting on the edge of her bed in a zombie-like state,
she throws the blankets back signaling Nick to crawl in, He immediately does so and she snuggles into her spot on his shoulder*

(Nick) *whispering* I'm sorry

*B mumbles a ssshhh and puts her hand over Nick's mouth to quiet his noise, he chuckles and takes her hand and holds it in his before surrendering to sleep*
