Can You Tell me your name

Bailey's POV

I laid there snuggled into Nicks shoulder...my spot... or at least the one I had occupied for the last 15 years...possibly longer, I don't really remember the womb much...other than the fact that Nick is a total space hog...I am fairly certain upon close inspection of Nick you would find a nice Bailey indention right where his arm meets his body, for as long as I can remember this was where I belonged, with Nick, his arm wrapped around me, me snuggled in...it was safe. I played lazily with his dogtag and he leaned down and kissed the top of my head before sitting up abruptly causing my head to fall back and hit the headboard. 

(Bailey) OUCH! What was that for? *rubs the back of her head trying to stop the throbbing*

(Nick) I need you to tell me your name

(Bailey) what?

(Nick) can you hear me? I need you to tell me your name

(Bailey) what the heck are you talking about? You act like you are the one that just hit their head

(Nick) Can you hear me

(Bailey) YES, quit being annoying

*Nick picks up a flashlight and points it in B's face, B immediately squeezes her eyes tight to shield them*

(Bailey) WHAT THE HELL! You've gone crazy gimme that flashlight! 

*B opens her eyes*

(Paramedic) Can you hear me hunny? I need you to tell me your name

(Bailey) ugh...not this again

(Paramedic) I need you to tell me your name

(Bailey) Bailey...*looks around*

(Paramedic) can you tell me what happened

(Bailey) *suddenly aware of the throbbing in her head* Jake....

(Paramedic) where are you hurt? 

*B reaches back and rubs her head*

(Bailey) my head, he...slammed me against the wall...I hit my head

(Paramedic) good, are you hurt anywhere else?

(Bailey) where is Nick? *panicked*

(Paramedic) Who is Nick?

(Bailey) IS THAT ALL YOU DO? ASK RIDICULOUS QUESTIONS?? WHERE IS MY BROTHER!!!

(Kevin) *eyes wet from crying* Bailey

*B turns her head to see Kevin standing by the paramedic*

(Bailey) KEVIN! Where is Nick?

(Kevin) He is over there talking to the police with Joe and Sam...he will be here in a minute, are you ok? 

(Bailey)Jake....he attacked me again he is never going to stop *crying* I want Nick

(Kevin) again? what do you mean he attacked you AGAIN

(Bailey) *screams* NICK

*Nick immediately is at B's side and grabs her hand*

(Nick) I'm here

(Bailey) It was Jake...he's never going to stop 

(Nick)He wont hurt you anymore 

(Bailey) Did you kill him?

*Paramedic laughs*

(Nick) Believe me I would like to, the police have him...we are pressing charges. He wont be hurting you anymore.

*B sighs with relief *

(Paramedic) ok I am going to get her to the hospital, she looks good I think she has a concussion but otherwise everything looks great...

(Bailey) No, I'm fine I don't need to go to the hospital, where is Sam?

(Nick) you are going to the hospital, you will see Sam later

(Bailey) I'm FINE,quit acting like you are in charge

(Nick) you're GOING,I'm older...that automatically makes me in charge

(Bailey) OH GEEZ three minutes Mr High and Mighty...that gives you no authority

*paramedic laughs*

(Kevin) this is normal...they are always like this...it has nothing to do with the head trauma 

(Bailey) I don't have head trauma...Kev can you please tell this woman I don't need to go to the hospital

(Kevin) Nick, you ride with her, I'll meet you there with Joe when he is done giving his statement.

(Bailey) wait!...what! Kevin you traitor!

*Kevin walks over to Joe as the paramedic loads B into the ambulance and Nick hops in and sits next to her*

(Bailey) this is ridiculous...I'm fine

(Nick) fine then, humor us...you can tell me I told you so later.

(Bailey) fine

*B reaches up and brushes a bruise forming above Nicks eye*

(Bailey) ooh boy how are we gunna explain that to the ubers

(Nick) *chuckles* that's nothin...you should see Jake *smiles*
