Michael's p.o.v
Back at school, things were slightly different. The atmosphere felt strange. Not to mention Rachel wouldn't talk to me. Let alone even look in my general direction.
I understand why she's mad, but it's gone overboard. I can't help but love her. She may think it's wrong, but she has no idea what game Jake's playing with her.
Mrs. Statford was taking role in first period, and it was taking so damn long.
"Michael Clifford?" "Here."
There were at least two or three people in each letter. Multiply that by 26, that's a big ass class.
When she got to Rachel, she wouldn't even speak. She just raised her hand. Sucks that her seat is directly beside mine..

School went by in a flash. Next thing I know I'm at the mall again looking for a damn suit while the girls are still looking for dresses. Within 30 minutes, I found mine. All I need is a navy blue bow-tie since Luke told me what color Rachel's wearing.
I'm really hoping this plan will work. If it doesn't, I'll look like a fool. But I'm trusting Cheyenne on this one. She knows her stuff and 99% of the time, she succeeds.
"Michael, isn't this the bow-tie thingy you need?" Ashton asked, waving it in my face.
"Oh.. Erm, yeah. Thanks, Ash," I said taking it. I wrapped it around my neck, just seeing if it would fit. Luckily, it did, but I have no idea how to tie it.
'Whatever,' I thought to myself. I got up and paid for the bow-tie, putting the smaller bag inside my bigger one.
"Guys, I'll catch up with you later. I still have homework to do," I said.
"Aw, okay. See ya later, Clifford," Calum said and they all waved, saying goodbye. I waved back and walked to the parking lot to find my car. Once I did, I put my bags in the passenger seat, and got in.
Once home, I grabbed my suit bag and backpack before going into my house and running up the stairs to my room.
I put the suit inside my closet, and got to doing homework. Ew, math. I absolutely hate math. It all just looks like a bunch of numbers and variables and shit. But whatever.
A buzz came from my pocket.
"Honey, are you home?" My mother spoke.
"Yes, mum," I said sighing.
"Okay, I should be home in about an hour. And I'm picking up food from the store so I can cook dinner tonight. What do you want?"
"Erm... Maybe spaghetti. I've been craving that lately," I spoke.
"All right. Your dad should be home any minute. Just let him know," she said.
"Okay."
"All right, bye."
"Bye, mum."
