Chapter 2

I pull into the car park of the school, I hadn't told anyone about Jai and I going to prom and i don't think he has either.

I step out of my car waiting for Katie to reply to my message
To Katie:

I'm next To my car x

From Katie:

I'll meet you inside instead x

To Katie:

Okay by the lockers! X

As I was about to walk into the school I felt Jai's hand against mine I turned around to see him staring back at me with a slight smile on his face.
We were walking through the hall way when I here someone calling my name... It was Katie I walked straight past her not realising because I was to mesmerised by the sound of Jai's morning voice and how I couldn't care less about what anyone else was saying to me.
Katie grabs me on the arm

"By the lockers" she said in a sarcastic voice.

"I'm so sorry I completely forgot!" I said sorrily.

"It's fine, have you told anyone about prom yet" Katie said with a questioned look in her eyes.

"No hardly spoken to anyone over the weekend" I replied.

"What about you Jai?" Katie muffled,

"Only the boys" he said with a croak.

The bell rings for class, Katie and I both have media first thing so I hug Jai with him pulling me in for a kiss.

"I'll meet you after class" I shouted from the door way.

I'm sitting in class and I hear Katie talking about 'Jai's party', I turn to Katie raising one eyebrow.

"What party is this" I mouthed to her.

"The party at his house on Friday?" She replied back.

"What are you on about, we're going out on Friday!" I exclaimed.

I can feel my pocket vibrate...
Surprise surprise it Jai

From Jai:

Hey, gonna have to cancel Friday have to house sit for my mum. X

To Jai:

Okay, do you want me to come over so ur not alone? X

From Jai:

No, it's okay I have to revise for my maths exam on Monday. X

To Jai:

Ok...

I don't how to feel...
I want to cry my own boyfriend lying to my face I tell Katie not to say anything.

I don't let him know that I know about his so called "Party".

It's break and I meet up with Jai and James. I've been dropping small hint about parties.

"It's my birthday in a few weeks I was thinking about having a party" starring back into Jai's eyes.

I see James look over at him with a suspicious looking face.

"Jai are you sure you're okay with being alone on Friday?" I question

"You're not house sitting are you" James said with a puzzled look on his face

I can see Jai clenching his fist and stamping on James' toe

"Yeah I'm fine." Jai replied bluntly before walking off pulling James behind him.

"What was that all about?" Katie exclaimed

"I have the exact same question in my mind!" I Spat.
