-CHAPTER 22-
Two weeks matapos ang insidente na nangyari s concert ni DJ. Hindi na inabala ni DJ si Julia na alamin ang katotohanan.
Sa dalawang linggong iyon, mas naging close ang dalawa. Mas naging sweet. Marami na ring nakakapansin ng mga kilos nila lalo na’t sa mga kasamahan nila.
Totoo nga ang sinabi nila, minsan, kailangan ng konting LQ sa isang relasyon. Dahil pagkatapos ng LQng yun, mas magiging matatag kayo.
Sa dalawang linggong iyon, natahimik na rin si Julia. Hindi na iya masyadong naglalalapit kay DJ at Kath. Siya na mismo ang umiiwas.
Naging Masaya naman ang dalawa dahil parang sumasang-ayon ang tadhana sa kanila. Maraming free time, maraming bonding moments.
She sighed with disbelief. She called Janella and asked her if she can accompany her to the nearest coffee shop.
Nang makarating na sila sa coffee shop, umupo sila sa sulok . They made sure na walang makakakilala sa kanila at lalong lalo na na walang makakarinig sa kanila.
“Ano ba ang problema at bigla ka yatang nagaya?” Janella asked.
“Wala lang. I just want to celebrate” she took a sip of her coffee and smiled.
“Celebrate? Ano ba ang dapat i-celebrate?”
“The so-called bond of the so-called KathNiel” she said with sarcasm
“Ha? You want to celebrate that? But I thought you like DJ. Oh let me rephrase that... you WANT DJ. Then you’re gonna celebrate their closeness?”
“Yes and yes Janella.”
“Are you out of your mind or, you lost your mind?”
“Silly! I’m just happy kasi close na close na close na sila. After what I did, akala ko di ko pagsisisihan iyon. But I did, wrong timing kasi ako. I gave them time to enjoy each other’s company and I think, it’s time to get what was mine.”
“I don’t get it!”
“Okay. Take for example; you and Jerome had been with each other for only days. Then here comes me trying to steal him. Would you get hurt?
“Of course not. Kakakilala pa lang namin eh.”
“Eh what if ngayon? Ngayon na ilang months na kayong nagkatrabaho at nagkasama? Tapos Nandito ako na aagawin siya sa’yo. What would you feel?”
“You’re making my mind bleed! Would you please get straight to the point?”
“Oh Janella, we should bond more often para parehas na tayo ng pagiisip.” She paused for a while. Thingking of that tought really makes her happy.
“Hey! You still there? Explain it please!”
“You see, what hurts most is yung mahiwalay ka sa taong sobrang naging malapit sa’yo. My first step failed. Dahil hindi pa sila gaanong ka-close nun. Yes, they’re dating. But 5 months isn’t enough. 5 months and 2 weeks would be long enough”
She suddenly stopped and let an evil smile form her lips
“Tignan na lang natin kung hindi pa maging perfect ang plano ko. What’s mine will be FOREVER mine.”
Janella sighed trying to digest what she said
“How sure na makukuha mo ang gusto mo? Isa ka lang, dalawa sila.”
She then again smiled and pinched Janella’s cheek.
“Janella? Ako? Mag-isa? Oh please, you’ve got to be kidding me!” she burst into laughter but suddenly stopped when she realized that Janella really don’t get it.
“There’s you. There’s Jon, Enrique. The Management. The press. And most especially… there are my fans.”
“So ano na ngayon ang plano mo?”
“I gave them 2 weeks. Mag-handa sila sa aking comeback…
…. Kilala nila ako bilang the goody-two-shoe Julia. But they don’t know kung kaano ka-bitch ang Julia na ‘to” she smirked after saying that.
