Chapter 1 (The Meeting)

*Lana's POV*

I was in school for the 275th year. Well school isn't what I love but I really don't need to do my homework a week before unless it is an essay. The weird thing is that my best friends are actually humans and they don't know what I actually am. They think I'm just as normal as them but in reality I've got fangs and I doesn't eat normal food if I don't need to. I really prefer blood but not human blood but animal blood.  

Right now I sat in the school cafeteria with Caroline,Peach and Rosè. Caroline is my number one best friend but she's more like a sister to me. I played with my food when it became colder in the big room and it gave me shivers down my spine. I looked up meeting Caroline's eyes.

"What?" I asked. 

"No, I just wonder if it's only me or did it get colder in here" Caroline said. 

"Yeah it did" Peach said while doing a weird face. 

"Oh c'mon it isn't that cold guys!" Rosè said while putting down her tray and sat down beside me. 

"Oh not at all but you have a knitted shirt while we have t-shirts Rosè" Peach said sarcastically. 

"Haha super funny Peach" She said while giving her a sassy smile.

Both of their heads turned to the big yard outside and the doors burst open. Five guys walked in and they looked extremely handsome. 

The guy standing closest to the right had blonde but still brownish hair, ocean blue eyes and he looked super cute. The guy next to him had black hair, chocolate brown eyes and he looked extremely hot. The boy next to him who stood in the center had brown curly hair, bright green eyes, a flirty smile plastered on his face which made him look really flirty. So the boy next to him had brown hair, brown eyes actually looking like puppy eyes to me which made him look like the nicest one and the last guy had brown hair, ocean blue eyes and his smile was something different about it.

When I met the curly haired boys eyes I quickly turned around blushing and looking down in my food again. Then I looked up again only to find all of them staring at our table. This got me terrified and I turned to Celina who was eating like nothing had happened. Well maybe it's just my vampire instincts that kick off that made me feel that it was something different with these guys.

Their clothes looked inspired by the 1800rd and I know that cos you know I lived here then. But it still was a modern style in it and the way they walked wasn't something like the boys from this century I mean now a days they walk like they doesn't even now how to walk. They call it the swag walk and some people call it the sassy walk. I mean I see now need to behave like a sassy dude or swaggy as they call it now a days. Urgh why can't it be like the old day but urgh I sound like an old lady but in real life I am one. I slowly furrowed my brows on the thought of my past. I didn't really grow up in an peaceful home, you see my parents was always fighting and my dad abuse my mom. I don't really know why he didn't do it to us but when he past away it got peaceful until my 16th birthday. I was out in the woods searching for firewood when someone pushed me up against a tree and put his wrist in my mouth and made me drink his blood and then he broke my neck. Then when I woke up I killed the whole village I was living in and I was a vampire. Not the nicest story told for a girl vampire. The most girl vampires I've met have always been turned by their vampire lover who wanted to spend the rest of their lives together awwe isn't that cute. Urgh! Just the thought makes me ill.

"Hey, L? You awake?" Caroline said while waving her hand in front of my face. 

"Yeah, yeah if course why wouldn't I?" 

" 'Cause you didn't answer the question" Rosè said while easing her eyebrows at me. 

"Sorry what was the question?" 

"Well who are you asking to the prom?" Peach cheered. 

"The prom?" 

"Yeah, you know the big dance we have every year which you promised to go on this year" Caroline said while giving me a "you-promised-me" look. 

"Well I did promise to go but I don't know who I'm gonna ask and isn't the guy supposed to ask the girl out?" 

"Yeah actually it is but sometimes the girl needs to ask, you know I actually got surprised when Josh asked me out" Caroline said. 

"But why did it surprise you? He's your boyfriend Carrie" I said while raising my eyebrows. 

"Yeah but he's the popular guy and I'm just the normal girl with not that much money and the cheerleading girls got surprised when he asked me out on a date in the first place" 

"You know I actually thought that Josh would dump you after he found out you're a virgin but he didn't" Peach said giving us her signature flirty smile. 

"Yeah I thought so too" Rosè said. 

"But he didn't and he said he was willing to wait until I was ready" 

"Oo what a gentlemen" I said jokingly making all of us laugh. 

"I think it's time for some CarJosh time" Rosè said while wiggling her eyebrows making me giggle. 

"Haha super funny guys" Carrie said sarcastic and turning her head towards Josh.  

"Ooooh look at that flirty face of yours" I said making her blushing and then my eyes landed on that curly haired boy. 

"Who's that?" Peach asked. 

"Someone you may have a little crush on L?" Rosè said with a teasing voice. 

"What no! I don't even know his name c'mon guys don't be silly" I said while blushing a bit. 

"Oh they're coming over act normal" Rosè said and Caroline disappeared over to Josh. 

"Hey girls mind if we sit down?" The blonde boy asked and he had a Irish accent who was super adorable. 

"No not at all, there's a free spot in front of Carrie so one of you can take that one" Peach said.

They sat down and Rosè and Peach start talking to them but I just sat there quiet. Which was so unlike me, so this is how it feels to be as quiet and shy as Caroline. Urm well this is not for me.

I looked up from my plate meeting those bright green eyes and flirty smile. Omg he's sitting in front of me. He licked his lips and he looked deeply into my eyes making me feel weird on the inside.

I looked at the time and I stood up and took my plate. I walked over to the trash thing and throw away the left overs. I start to walk to my locker when I felt a peck on my shoulder I turned around facing a smiling curly haired boy and yes it's the same guy from the cafeteria. Great!

"Hey, what's your name sweetie?" He said with a husky voice. Which was really sexy. 

"Lana and yours?" I said trying to be as polite as possible with a sexy boy in front of me. 

"I'm Harry, Harry Styles"

Wait what? That Harry Styles that my witch friend warned me about when I was turned. It possibly couldn't she said he was just a legend maybe it's just a coincident. I just gave him a small smile and I start to walk over to my locker but he followed me which start to make me freak out.

"You know humans don't look like you do Hun, they've got more color in their skin and not that olive pale skin of yours" He said while pushing me up against the lockers. 

"Well maybe I'm just different then" 

"Oh Lana, isn't it scary when someone finds out about your life biggest secret?" 

"I don't know what you're talking about Styles" He leaned in so his lips touched my ear which gave me shivers along my spine. 

"I know you're my kind Lana, you're just as dangerous as me"
