We Meet Again

I went over to the truck and frowned seeing it still on. I searched it and looked up as Jace and Clary appeared with Simon right behind them. I went back to my search and I smirked pulling out an old sock." Rissa, what are you doing" Clary asked and I ignored her. I followed the trail it gave me and started running, causing the other three to follow. After a while Clary pointed something out by the water, Jace awakened his Seraph blade and I reached for my bracelet, which I had managed to get back. I removed it and mumbled" Mythlium" a bright light illuminated from my hand and grew transforming into a silver bow, it continued to expand spreading to my back, becoming a quiver of arrows. I aimed it at one of the demons and closed my eyes, feeling my power spreading into the arrow, when I opened my eyes the arrow had been set alight with fire.

I shot the arrow and hit the demon, in what I thought was the head. It screamed as the flames the flames started to spread. I shot another arrow and it hit the demon in the eye causing it stumble away from Luke. Jace took care of the first one but the third attacked Clary but as it did it seemed to disappear making me frown. We got Luke back to the house and Magnus got to work on helping him. Once he was finished and charged Clary for his services, everyone went quite. Well everyone but me who had to clean about three arrows of Raum blood." I hate demons" I mumbled and Jace smirked" aren't you part demon"

" oh shut it" I told him throwing the rag at him, sadly I missed and hit Alec in the forehead. I smiled innocently and he raised an eyebrow, before throwing it back. Before it hit me I snapped my fingers and it disappeared, making me smile. A few minutes later my phone went off and I looked to see it was Isabelle.

Marissa Fray, why did i just get smacked in the head by a rah covered in demon blood

Um...I don't know, ask Alec

I tossed the phone to Alec and he looked at me in shock, before teleported away from the house. I landed in the middle of a park and let out a sigh before sitting down on a near by bench. I lit my hand and watched the flame dance across my palm but my head snapped up at the sound of footsteps. I looked around in confusion " Marissa" I stood up and looked around confused.

" whose there, show yourself" I yelled but there was no response before I heard the sound of more footsteps behind me and turned to see one there. Then something touched my shoulder and I spun around shooting flames at whatever it was, only to have the flames catch on my shirt causing me to gasp and, try and put it out but the flames just spread, before I knew it was being consumed by the flames. I screamed in pure terror before everything went black. When I opened my eyes, I was laying on the floor of sort of metal room. Memories of what happened flew through my head and I sat up quickly only to have my world spin and tilt around me. I looked at my arms to see I was burn free, like it never happened at all. I saw movement out of the corner of my eye and turned to see Valentine sitting there with a smirk in he corner." not again" I mumbled only to see Jace a few feet away.

" oh look, a family reunion" I mumbled sarcastically as Jace slowly sat up but Valentine ignored me looking at Jace." that was a nasty knock to the head you got, how do you feel"

Jace answered him  and he smiled." i have another obvious question. How did you find me?" I rolled my eyes, leave it to Jace to get himself in trouble. They continued to chat like this was normal and completely ignored me as I watched them. Valentine explained the dead warlock from a few days ago, along with why those demons were at Luke's home. He stood up and walked over to me but stopped as a ring of flames blocked his path." I se you've been practicing" he chuckled as stared at the flames." but tell me, how long can you keep it up" as he said that the flames died and I glared at him." stay away from me" I mumbled.

" Marissa-"

" that is not my name and it never will be" I snapped before he was thrown across the room. Jace just watched wide eyed. Valentine sighed as he stood up before walking toward the door" come walk with me around the deck, there's something I want to show you" he turned and walked through the door without another word and Jace followed after him. Seeing no other option, I followed behind Jace. We stopped and I looked to see a view of the city before me...along with the fact that we were on a boat." The queen of the Seelie Court wanted me to ask you a question, she told me to ask you what blood runs in my veins" 

" The blood of the angel of course, as does it in mine and in your sisters" was his response but something told me he was lying. They started talking about Valentine's plan for war and Valentine pulled out sword making my eyes widen as he handed it to Jace. a moment later, Jace was puking over the side of the boat. I glared at Valentine who smiled at me, but there was no kindness in that smile, which scared me. He offered Jace a choice and Jace made his decision before turning to me." find giving me a lift" he asked and I frowned but before I could answer Valentine grabbed me." actually, your sister I want a word with" my vision blurred as he injected something into my arm. When I opened my eyes again, I was back in that room. Valentine stood with his back to me a few feet away but turned when I said" you know, you only had to ask".

He walked over to me and smirked" but would you have done as I asked" he pointed out making me roll my eyes.
