Chapter 11- Fireworks

Yuna opened her eyes to see Mako, Korra, and Bolin looking at her. Yuna got up with the help with Bolin and Mako.

"I'm so sorry! I hope I didn't hurt you too bad!" Korra shouting.

"No, I'm ok." Yuna said.

"You guys were great out there!" Bolin said lightening up the mood.

"Bolin.... It only lasted 2 minutes!" Yuna snapped at him.

Yuna knew she made Bolin sad. Bolin began to walk away.

"Wait!" Yuna shouted running to Bolin. "I'm sorry... It's just that I'm a competitor and I hate to lose... I didn't mean to hurt your feelings!"

Bolin had the biggest grin on his face. He knew how to bring someone's mood up. Yuna began walking back to Korra when Bolin stopped her.

"So.... How about you and me? Out for dinner later, tonight?"

(I couldn't say no to him. He was funny and sweet and that was a score.) Yuna thought.  

Yuna said yes and he jumped around in excitement. 

( I laughed at Bolin. His immaturity makes him cute. He told me the time and I walked to Asami's room.)  

When Bolin was out of sight, Yuna ran instead, she was nervous. Yuna knocked on Asami's door and she opened the door.

"What's up Yuna?"

"Bolin asked me out for a date..... I need advice.. I don't wanna look like a fool"

"Okay well come in"

Her room was filled with clothing. Lots and lots of clothing.

"Well do you have anything to wear?"

"This?" Yuna said as she pointed to her clothes.

"Oh no no no... Here" 

 

Asami handed Yuna a beautiful sky blue dress. It had the Water Nation's symbol on it. She had it specially made. Yuna loved it, it was beautiful and Asami told Yuna this dress would make Bolin drooling for Yuna. 

Yuna went to my room showered, it took about 45 minutes. A girl needs to freshen up! Yuna wore her dress and made her way towards Asami's room. She said Yuna looked beautiful and desirable she fixed Yuna up, painted her nails, straightened her hair, everything. Yuna looked in the mirror and She looked like a new person. 

Bolin told Yuna at 5:30 to go to the docks. He was going to take Yuna to Republic City to go eat. Yuna thanked Asami for her hospitality and She made my way to the docks. Yuna walked down and didn't see Bolin. She waited there for a while, no more than a while, more like 30 minutes. Bolin sure was taking long. Yuna began to grow tired and sat down on the docks. She let out a sigh.

"Why was I happy for this? Nobody would go out with me? Nobody would like me more than just a friend" Yuna said as a tear fell.

"Hey! Yuna" Yuna heard a voice call out to her. 

 

Yuna stood up and wiped away the tear and saw Bolin. His goofy self ran to where she was. Yuna was mad at him. He made her wait this long.

"I'm so sorry!" He was puffing out of breathe.  

 

Yuna didn't say anything to him. She wasn't pleased with his appearance. He came late and made her wait outside for a long time. Yuna saw his eyes though, they were already beginning to water. (I guess me not responding made him think I was mad. I was actually, but I couldn't bear to see him like that. He was the guy who brung everyone's spirits up.) Yuna thought. Yuna gave him a hug and She wiped away his tear.
