I surprisingly didn't have my constant nightmare that I've been having almost every night since ..the murder scene incident.
I went downstairs and noticed that my aunt wasn't up yet so I put some coffee to brew.
I went back to my room and picked out my clothes.
I got out a long-sleeved shirt that read 'Fuck Off' in bold, a pair of torn jeans and a sweater that covered my back pockets. It was a bit too big but I didn't care. It was comfortable.
I changed into my jeans and shirt leaving my sweater off to the side. I walked into the restroom and noticed that when.I looked. In.the mirror, I had a small bruise on my face. How'd it get there?
I shook it off and washed my face. After brushing my teeth and hair, I decided I would straighten it again.
After straightening my hair I decided not to apply make up. Just my eyeliner.
~An Hour Later~
When I got to school, I waited for Gee by the exiting gates like he told me the day before.
About fifteen minutes later, he showed up with coffee in both hands.
"I remember you saying that you 'Absolutely adored ' coffee?" He said handing me one.
"Thanks Gee."
Come on...this is amazing...coffee? And I didn't need to ask?!
"Okay, let's go Serenity."
We walked off of school grounds and went towards the parking lot. I didn't know Gerard could drive.
Although there was a cemetery next to the school, he decided to take me someplace else.
"I hope you like the beach." He said with a smirk.
"To be honest, I've never been to the beach."
"Well... then I guess there is a first for everything."
It was an amazingly short drive to the closest beach ..only 30 minutes.
As we got out of his car, I noticed the beauty in the ocean. I've always dreamt with coming to one, and I never imagined I would ever go to the beach. I had an immediate urge to take off my chucks and socks to feel the sand in between my toes.
It was a bit chilly though, good thing I wore my big comfy sweater today.
"So how do you like the beach so far?"
I smiled widely as an answer.
"Good "he said.
We went for a walk on the shore and I found a couple of really pretty shells so I kept them.
Then, out of the blue, something extraordinary happened...
