Bake@ 350 for 30 minutes
12Oz box lasagna
1Lb ground beef
48Oz cottage cheese
32Oz mozzarella and provolone shredded fine
1 bunch fresh spinach
2Lbs tomato garlic and onion pasta sauce.
1/2 table. Italian season
Cook meat add season and cook well breaking up any large pieces of meat. Drain meat and add pasta sauce let just begin to bubble stir and set aside. Cook noodles until aldente. And cool off quickly.
Mix cheeses together.
Start with a layer sauce in a 9x13 pan. On a cookie sheet lay out noodles. Start with mixed cheese spinach leaves then a thin coating of pasta sauce. At one end of that noodle and roll, and place in pan on the side. Repeat. After you fill the pan with your warps add extra sauce and any extra cheese on top. Cover with foil for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 30 minute. Take out and let stand for 20 minutes
