1 can diced tomatoes drained
2 cups Penne Pasta uncooked
1 cup water
1 package 90z fresh spinach leaves
1 cup shredded cheese
1 can diced olives
1 can mushrooms
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cup dried onion
Bring tomatoes and pasta to a boil in a large sauce pan stir, cover and simmer until pasta is tender add half of the spinach simmer and covered for 2 minutes until wilted. Stir and repeat with remaining spinach top with cheese.
