Zucchini Casserole

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes


2 Large zucchini

1 Large onion

1/2 pound of hamburger

3 large steak tomatoes

4 cups of mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of fresh garlic

1 stick of butter

Dice zucchini into small peaces and boil for 30 to 40 minutes. In a separate pan saute onions and garlic until golden brown. Set a side. Cook hamburger until fully done. slice tomatoes and set a side.

Drain zucchini then mash them well with butter and set a side. add the cooked hamburger garlic and onions and half the cheese with Parmesan and mix well

Grease and flour your pan and starting with tomatoes put in layers .zucchini mix cheese tomatoes and continue until the last layer is cheese.
