Bake at 350* for 45 minutes
7 Large Potatoes
1/2 cup Butter
2 cans chopped ham
1/2 Pound Apple Smoked Bacon
1 cups Mozzarella cheese
1 Cup Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup spring onions
1 cup corn flakes
1 small/med Bell pepper
1/4 tea Sage
1/4 salt
1/3 tea pepper
1 tea Mug Root
Part boil potatoes in skins cool, peel and shred. Flash fry in two tablespoons of butter until browned. Transfer into the casserole dish and set aside. Slice bacon into pieces and fry until halfway through add onions bell pepper add spices and ham and cook until ham and bacon are completely done. Add Mozzarella cheese to potatoes mix till totally melted. Add Bacon and Ham. Mix well. Top with the cheddar cheese. and bake. Take out of oven and let stand for 20 minutes.
