You can use any type of chocolate do this
For every 6 to 8 ounces of chocolate use one cup of water and melt stirring constantly until fully melted.
In a large bowl filled with ice pour chocolate into bowl using a whisk constant until ice is melted.
End result a light fluffy chocolate moose type desert
