Cookies and Cream Chocolate Bars

                              1 Can condensed milk
                              1 pound of white chocolate

                              1 package of chocolate cookies (like Oreos)
                              

                              Melt chocolate in the condensed milk. Smash cookies into crumbs. Mix both together.  On a piece of wax paper and lay out and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
