Now this is very simple. Figured. I play around with it.

Coat your pie pan with butter before you lay out your crust. Lay it out fill your pan with any kind of filling. Cut one stick of butter and put it on your filling. Spacing it around. Take the top crust and seal it making sure you have slits for ventilation. Cover with tin foil for 30 minutes. At 350. Take foil off and bake. For an additional 30 minutes until golden brown.
End results should be a flakey favorable crusts.
