Bacon & Chicken Pot Pie

Bake for 45 minutes at 350* Cover with Tin foil for half the time take off and finish baking .

4 cans of Chicken

1/2 pound of Apple Smoked Bacon

2 stocks of chopped green onions

1 bell pepper

1 can of green beans

1 Can of Corn

1 cup of cheddar cheese

1 cup of Mozzarella cheese

Use the Cream Chicken Broth Recipe.

Slice bacon and cook halfway and add 4 cans of chicken add onions and bell pepper and cook till Bacon is fully cooked....  In a deep dish pie pan coat with stick butter and put in pre formed pie shells.  Take butter and slice and place in bottom of pie shell.

Put the following items in a separate bowl.  Bacon and Chicken  in the bowl add green beans and corn mix well adding the cheddar cheese mix till melted.  Pour in your homemade  Cream of Chicken mix  and pour into pie shell.  Top with Mozzarella cheese put the shell on top crinkle with a fork.  Poke holes into the top of shell to allow to breath.  Cover with tin foil for 35 minutes at 350*   Take foil off after and allow another 35 minutes until crust is golden brown .  Take out and let stand for 20 minutes.
