No Words {a Kian Lawley fanfic}

Chaper 9

Jades POV

I stayed up all night trying to keep Kian calm. It was about 4 in the morning when we fell asleep. I woke up at 12 and Kian wasn't beside me. I started to panic. Did he go after Carsen? Where is he? I ran downstairs to find Kian cooking breakfast. "Good morning."

"Morning, what are you making?" I ask giving him a kiss on the cheek. "Eggs, bacon, toast, and sausage." I nodded and headed for the bathroom. I fixed my hair then went to eat. Kian didn't talk much during breakfast. I assumed he's still upset about Carsen. After breakfast I went upstairs to shower.

When I came back down Kian  as watching TV. I went and sat on his lap. "What's the plan for today?" I ask. "I got some business I need to do and some homework but after that I'll text you." He says focusing on the TV "Okay." I lightly kiss his lips. After 20 minutes Kian left and I called Darcy.

We decided we are going to club Shakespeare. Even though last time I went there it didn't go so well, I wasn't going to let that stop me though. We arrive and get in right away. Darcy starts grinding, and I go get some water. After 5 minutes I started to head  to the dance floor when a pair of arms wrap around my waist and starts dragging me toward the back. I look up to see who it is and it's Carsen. Really? Again?

I start punching him. "Let me the fuck go!" I yell. He just grips tighter. I keep punching him while he lifts me over his shoulders. Once we get to the back alley he put me down and I feel his hand come in contact with my face. Over and over again.

--Kians POV--

"They need to be stopped!" Jared yells. "They will, calm down Jared!" Cody yells back. "They almost killed me!" Jared was going over his head yelling at the Alpha. "Enough Jared!" Cody used his command voice. Jared nodded and Cody went on and on about how we will find them and there will be a war. The discussion went on for another hour.

We were all leaving when I felt pain in my wrists and my fave. "AAWW!" I yelled. "Kian what's wrong?" Harry ran over. "It's the connection, his mate." Cody said. What! What's happening to Jade. The pain eased and my phone vibrated. It was Darcy. Why was she calling? "Darcy wha-" I got cut off. "Kian it's Jade she's gone, I don't know where she is. I lost her!" She said through the phone and I knew she was crying. "Where are you?"

"Club Shakespeare." She said. I didn't hesitate, I ran until I was on the outskirts of town. I ran inside the club and Darcy was out front crying on the curb. "Kian I'm sorry I did-" I cut her off. "Where was she?" I asked. "She was sitting at the bar." I went inside and followed her scent. It led me to the alley out back. I caught Carsen's scent too. "God damn it!" I yell punching the wall. I walk back through the club and out front.

"Darcy go home I got it." I say hiding my anger. She nodded her head and left. I mind linked Harry, Jared, and Cody to meet me at Shakespeare. They arrived in 10 minutes, all of them in shorts. "It's Carsen, he took Jade." I said and there faces looked blank. "We need to follow the scent and get Jade back." I said with anger. "We will, I promise." Cody said while putting a hand on my shoulder. I shrug it off.

--Jades POV--

Carsen slid the knife across my arm. I cried in pain. I was in the basement of a house. Pack house, I'm guessing. It was Carsen, Ricky, and their Alpha. "We will use her to get to Kian, then the Alpha." Their Alpha said. "Yes, sir." They all went upstairs.

They tied my hands to a chair but not my feet. I tried finding something to cut threw the rope but nothing was in my reach. I saw some broken glass but it was 5 feet away. If I try to grab it the chair will screech on the floor and they'll hear it and do god knows what else to me. I have a busted lip and I black eye because I tried to fight back. I heard yelling upstairs and thought that was my chance. I started sliding the chair across the floor toward the glass. It didn't screech as loud as I thought. As soon as the yelling stopped I was 3 feet away from the glass.

I heard the basement door open and I heard a set of foots coming down the stairs. Carsen was staring at me with wide eyes. "What were you doing?" He asked. "N-no-nothing" I choked out. He looks at the broken glass them back up at me. He slaps me and I can feel the blood trickle down my cheek.
