Chapter 23

Jades POV

We have been looking for Tate for an hour and we haven't got anything. Not him or even his scent, it's like he disappeared.

'Ok everybody head back we will continue tomorrow but I want a few more people on border patrol' I min linked my pack.

I shifted back and threw on short and a tank top. I have some paper work to do but I'll do it in the morning I'm to exhausted. I walked up to my room.

I walk over to my window and opened it far enough for Kian to get in. I slipped under the covers. "Jade." I heard somebody whisper from out my window.

I got up and looked down. Kian was standing outside my window like in the movies. I chuckled.

"What?"

"Come down here."

"What no I'm tired."

"Pwease." He said giving me his best puppy dog face.

"Ugh, fine, watch out."

"Wait, why don't you just use the front door?"

"What that's no fun." I said opening up the window so I could jump out. I backed up a little ways and jumped out the window. I landed a few feet in front of Kian.

"Show off." He said. I shoved his shoulder.

"So where are we going?" I asked.

"The cliff." He said smiling.

"Why?"

"You'll see."

We walked and talked until he got to the cliff. We stood by the edge and looked across Lake Erie. It's a full moon and the moon was reflected off of the lake.

"It's so beautiful."

"Ya that's why I wanted to take you here. Jade since you'll be leaving soon and I can't come with you I wanted to give you something. I was going to wait but now is a good a time as ever I suppose."

"What is it?" I asked.

The next part left me speechless. Kian got down on one knee and pulled out a ring.

"Oh my god Kian."

"Wait. Listen Jade I know it might be early but I'm in love with you and I don't want to wait anymore. I know I'm going to spend the rest of my life with you. So Jade Evans, Will You Marry Me?"

"Yes, yes, I will." I started to cry.

Kian got up and pulled me into a kiss. He pulled away and put the ring on my finger.

"Mrs. Jade Lawley, I like it." He said with a smile.

"Me too."

Harry's POV

"What oh my god congratulations." I'm on the phone with Kian and he just told me that him and Jade are engaged.

"Harry!" Kelli yelled.

"Kian I got to go Kelli needs me." I said then hung up.

"Ya babe." I asked going into the bedroom.

"The baby it's kicking. Come here, feel." I walked over and put my hand on her belly.

"That's our baby." I chuckled.

"Ya. We are gonna have a family."

"About family. A....Kian proposed to Jade and they are getting married." I said.

"What oh my god. When?"

"I don't know. They are going to wait to have the actual wedding. They want us to be there with our baby."

"Wow we are having a baby and they are getting married. This is all so crazy." Kelli said laying down on the bed.

Jades POV

Today is the day we find Tate and go to Andrea. Kian is pretty down since ill be leaving for awhile but we is also happy since we are getting married.

I walk out of the pack house and head to Kians. I walk up to the door but I don't bother knocking I just walk right in.

"Kian!" I yell.

"Ya ill be down in a sec!" He yelled back.

I walk over and sat down on the couch. I flicked on the tv. Kian came jogging down the stairs a few minutes later.

"Hey babe." He said giving me a peck and plopping down beside me.

"I just came over to say goodbye I can't be long we still have to find Tate." I said parting his leg with my hand and heading for the door.

"Damn it." He said under his breath.

"I'll be back in a couple days and ill stay in contact."

"What if something goes bad and I can't reach you?" He asked getting off the couch.

"Well lets hope that doesn't happen."
