Thane's POV

I have decided the best way to mend through my broken heart is to turn off all emotion, and narrow the girls down more by a series of tests. Each test will be based around 3 separate criteria to pass the challenge. The girls won't know what they are being judged on. Each test will be worth 10 pts.

The first test will take place immediately. I have all the girls gathered in the garden.

"I will be giving out a series of test over the next week. Only the top 3 people will be staying. You will not be told what you are being judged on. Good luck. Sylvia, will you do the honor of announcing our first test?" I say.

"Of course Prince Thane. Thank you." Sylvia said before Turing towards the girls. " The first test is balancing books on your head for a certain distance."

Instantly the girls looked worried, and started chattering amongst themselves. I had previously decided the three categories for judging are 1- Not giving up(4 pts) 2- following directions(3 pts.) 3) How they interact with the others, other girls, Sylvia (3pts.).

All of the girls eventually relax, and realize that they are competing against one another. They each grab a book from Sylvia, and practicing walking around a bit. Quinn and Sabri are particularly good at it.

"Line up over here girls." Sylvia says.

"But you only gave us 3 minutes to practice!" Coirtney wined.

"Do you think you will get time to practice everything you will need to do as queen Miss Coirtney?" Sylvia questioned. Coirtney ignored Sylvia, but got in line.

Blaire was the first one to try. She epically failed, but joked it off asking Quinn where in the world she learned how keep the book on her head. Quinn kept with the joking atmosphere by replying her head was just flat because her parents didn't want their daughter any taller, so they put bricks on her head.

After a few minutes of lots of failing, Sylvia started in on her lecture of good posture. Sylvia didn't know what I was grading the girls on, so I assume she though it was on posture. I have heard the posture lecture over 1,000 times.

"Sylvia," I say, interrupting her speech. " A moment in private for a moment. Girls you may practice and talk while I am busy for a second." Sylvia follows without a word.

Once we are a ways away for the girls I begin speaking. " I feel the girls would benefit from me feeling them what they need to fix about their posture to help them" After a bit if discussion, I win the argument. We head back, and I call Sabri over.

"You are doing amazing. If the hook ever falls, just relax. I know you can do this because you have proved it already." I tell Sabri. I tell most of the girls that their problem is their shoulders and the arch of their back. Most accept my suggests graciously with the exception of Coirtney. She threw a fit, and told me I was insulting her.

Berkley asks me specific questions, so she greatly improves. Most the girls work as hard as they possiblely can, and by the time I called the challenge over only Coirtney, Lakota, and Elissa had quit. The current scores are below
⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇

Blaire Chase-9
Quinn Meyer-9
Sabri Mercer-8
Lakota Gabden-5
Elissa Duff- 4
Emily Helmic-7

A/N need ideas for challenges please comment ideas. I also want to know who you think would be a good person to replace Sylvia(can be the Selection girls or not)
