The Field's Wedding

Chapter 13-The Field's Wedding- Jasper' s POV.

The triplets are 1  1/2 years old and can all walk.

" I love you." I wispered in her ear.

" I love to you too." May said back. She  seemed to notice I was nervous, but she probably thought it had to do with my work. Actually,  I am going to ask her to marry me. I still remember when I asked her mother, Maxon, and America.

***********Flashback * * * * * * * * * * * *

She was playing with the triplets so I thought that would be the perfect time. I went to May's mother first, and she gave us her blessing. Sadly, her father was no longer alive, but for all intents and purposes King Maxon was the person to ask.

It was hard to find Queen America and King Maxon, but alas I did. Maxon was working in his office, and America was sitting next to him. I knocked on the door and waited for them to allow me to enter.

" Come in" I heard,  probably Maxon's doing. It's now or never.

I had the ring in my pocket to show Maxon and America. I have been saving half of my paycheck for a little over two years for this ring.

It had two nice diamonds and a big 5 karat sapphire. I hope they approve.

Slowly I open the door. Bowing my head I said " King Maxon, Queen America, I have some buisness to discuss with you." My voice stayed sure all the way throughout.

" You may speek." Maxon said.

" I was wondering if you two would give me your blessing to ask May to marry me?" I said not so confidently.

" Of course!" Queen America exclaimed. I slightly looked up to see if King Maxon gave me his approval,  and with a small shake of his head my heart soared, he said yes!

* * * * * * * * Flashback over* * * * * * * *

I slowly got down on one knee and pulled out the black ring box. " May, I love you you so much. My love for you is so indescribable I would make a complete fool out of myself trying to express it, but I love you enough to try. I would do anything for you, even jump in front of a bullet for you. Will you do me the honors of marring me?" I said calmly and not rushed. Tears were rushing down her face in what I hoped was happyness.

" Isn't the traditional line, Yes, yes a thousand times yes! I love you too Jasper and it would be MY honor to marry you." she practically screamed.

She pecked my cheak, then ran to tell her sister probably.

* * * ** * * Two Weeks Later * * * * * * *

Most people are super nervous the day of their wedding. I on the other hand am so relaxed.

We are having tge wedding in the geat room. My bestman is King Maxon or as I am supposed to call him Maxon as now I am part of the family. America is obviously May's maid of honor. Jaace and Thane are the people who hold the rings on the pillows. Last but not least, Amberly is the flower girl. I love May no matter how this turns out.
