usually, this is the part of the story where everything is resolved, and everything comes to an end.

but maybe this isn't the end. maybe everyone lives on and everything's okay again. after all, just because the book is ending doesn't mean the story is.

though, it is the end of luke's story. the seemingly endless pages of words that told his story had come to an end, thus forcing michael to make very difficult decisions.

did he have to die? no, of course not. but he chose not to live because he felt that he had lost everything that meant the most to him, and nothing else was important enough to start meaning something. ever since jack and paisley's deaths, he had not been the same.

but if he had lived on? the story might have ended differently. knowing michael, he would've strayed from the dark path that the plot had been on, and maybe created something much lighter.

though, i'm not here to tell you new beginnings to old endings. nor am i here to end michael's story, because his simply just-stopped.

but i am here to tell you one thing.

make the ending you feel is best, whether it's happy or sad or somewhere in between, and make it a good one. michael deserves it.

A/N: sO this is the ending for leather jacket and flower crown

i wrote flower crown back in march (in two/three days) because i felt that i had a good idea, though no plot, and i was bored and wanted to escape from the crowded apartment i had been forced to stay at for a week.

this wasn't the best book that i have ever written, no definitely not, but it's the first series that i've actually invested in and finished so thank you all for staying with me and voting and reading and commenting. i'm sorry if it didn't end the way you wanted but i felt like that was a good way to end it, and it sufficed.

i have other muke fanfics i'll hopefully finish so be on the lookout for those :) (one i have already released, and it's called motel you should read it)
