I slip out of the bed and grab my stuff. I make the mistake of looking back at Fred. He is passed out.
Fred kept on trying to delay me going back, but it's time. I lightly kiss his cheek and put the note where he would see it. I run downstairs before I could cry.
"Fred's going to be crushed," I hear. I look to see George sitting on the couch.
"I have to go, " I mumble. "If there is to be a more peaceful future for us."
"I understand. I have someone I love too. Plus I can clearly see you don't want to go."
"You probably hate me now."
"It'll take a lot more than that C," he laughs. I smile and wave bye. I run outside and stop a couple steps by the door. Fawkes flies over and we Apperate to a frozen lake side.
I see a white Patronas Doe and quickly follow it. It disappears as I see Ron pull Harry out of the lake.
I run over and notice Harry only has boxers on. I bite my bottom lip and turn around.
"There are towels in my bag," I inform them.
"I'm dressed," Harry states after a couple minutes. I turn and slap both of their heads.
"Bloody hell," Ron whines. "I just got here."
I slap the back of his head again. Then I realize he has the Sword of Godric Gryffindor.
"How did you get that?"
Both boys point at the hole in the ice. I just nod my head.
"You should destroy it," Harry tells Ron.
"Um...okay."
Harry lays the necklace on a rock and start speaking Parsle Tongue. As the locket opens, black smoke spews out. It covers the ground and starts moving towards me.
I keep backing up until I trip over a log. The smoke circles around me and a form rises. Cedric appears.
"Why did I ever take pity on you?" He asks. "If I had never wanted to impress you, I would still be alive."
Then the muggle girl appears.
"You didn't save me. You just watched. Your as worthless as your parents said."
More voices join in. I cover my ears and start rocking back and forth. But I can still hear the voices. They keep shouting at me. I eventually start screaming.
It keeps going on and on. I close my eyes like I did when I was scared when I was five. But it's not helping.
"It's over C," I hear a calm voice. I just shake my head.
"It's never over," I cry. A pair of arms wrap around me. The way a brother comforts a sister. I look to see it's Harry.
"It will be," he promises. "And soon you'll be with your true family. Most likely happily engaged."
"I've ruined too many lives. I'll just ruin the baby's too."
"Not true. I would love to have a sister like you."
"I'm excited to have you as a sister," Ron adds as he picks up the sword. I smile a bit and wipe away my tears.
"Let's get back to Hermione," Harry states. "She's been worried about you two."
