"So what now?" kuya Xyno asked hurriedly.

"She decided to stay here but we change our mind," lahat kami ay napatingin sa bagong dating.

"Dad!" angal ko agad. I decided to stay here kahit na masakit, kahit na nasasaktan na ako. Dad and I already talk about it and he agreed to what I say before.

"NO!" he said with a loud voice. "Sasama ka sa amin ng mommy mo after this semester and you'll take the scholarship in California and that's final,"

"Dad, baka nabibigla ka lang?" si Kuya Xander na palaging nasa side ko.

"Hindi ako nabibigla, that's for everyone's sake. Ngayon pag-iinom pa lang ang kayang gawin nyan habang kasama kayo. Paano na kapag nasa dorm yan at kasama ay kung sinu-sinong mga kaibigan na hindi natin kilala?" galit na sabi ni daddy.

"Dad has a point, what if something worst happened to her. We don't know," kuya Xyno said while using his lawyers voice, it seems like they didn't see me while talking about my life.

"Tama sila anak," si mommy na noon lang nagsalita at nilapitan ako bago niyakap. I didn't know that the water from my eyes started to flow.

"But mom, ayoko. Sinong makakasama ko doon? I don't even have friends and even kuya's aren't there,"

"Anak, sasamahan ka namin ng daddy mo doon for a while. Besides your lola and other cousins we're there," mommy said while combing my hair using her finger.

"You know how we hate seeing you miserable," that's daddy.

"Sorry dad, but can I have one last wish?" I hesitatingly ask.

"Sure what is it?"

"Can I celebrate my eighteenth birthday here? Total naman dad, September pa naman po ang pasukan." I pleadingly ask.

He inhale and exhale before he walk towards me and talk. "Sure, but we're not going to invite that stupid best friend of yours,"

I wanted to cry out loud. Why life is so unfair. Kaya nga gusto kong dito magcelebrate dahil baka maaalala ni Zay yong promise nya na liligawan nya ako sa eighteenth birthday ko.

"Give up Xands he's not worth of your love," si kuya Xonny. Tumango na lamang ako dahil alam kong wala akong panalo sa kanilang lahat.

Lalo atang sumasakit ang ulo ko dahil sa mga sinasabi nila. Buti na lamang at malapit ng matapos ang semester at mag sa summer break na.

"So after this semester you'll go with us and you will enroll and after that we'll come back to celebrate your birthday. Is that a deal Xandrea?" dad's word.
