Calvin's POV

This is one of the scariest moments in my life because
A) My girlfriends daughter is unconscious after falling down the stairs and is lying in a pool of blood
B) My girlfriend is in a state of shock
C) My girlfriends other daughter is also in a state of shock
And finally,
D) I have no idea what to do.

I try to snap Taylor back into reality, but it's not working.

I quickly call an ambulance and attempt to tell Taylor the game plan.

Once the ambulance comes, the quickly put Annie on a stretcher and whisk her away along with Taylor.

At the speed of light I mop up the blood, so it doesn't stain the floor, then I pick up a bawling Rose. I run outside and hail a taxi to take us to the hospital.

"She's going to be okay Rose." I say trying to calm her down. We are in the taxi, and Rose is still in the same position I carried her in.

I rub her back and try to get her to calm down, but her sobs just get louder and louder.

Finally, we reach the hospital.

I run out with Rose in my arms, but she kicks and screams until I let her down.

"Rose! WAIT!" I screamed, running after her as she ran into the hospital.

She runs around the halls screaming and crying until she reaches the ICU.

"I NEED TO SEE MY SISTER," she says screaming and crying, scaring the receptionist out of her mind.

"Rose!" I say catching up to her.

She turns from her place at the desk, and I see her face. It's so red, it's almost purple. And her green eyes are blood shot.

I run up to her and take her in my arms as she cries on my shoulder.

"Don't scare me like that okay?" I whisper in her ear.

I feel her nod as she chokes on her sobs.

"Hi," I say turning back to the receptionist.

She smiles warmly, knowing the situation were in.

"There was a little girl that was admitted a few minutes ago? Where-"

I get cut off by a woman running towards me screaming my name. Its like what Rose was doing, but instead of Annie's name being screamed, it's mine.

I see a bawling Taylor jogging towards us.

I quickly switch Rose to one of my arms, so I'll have room for Taylor.

She collapses into me. She tries to tell me something, but between her panting and crying I can't understand a thing.

"Coooihhama" is what I think I heard.

She then spots a girl in similar condition in my other arm.

She immediately takes Rose into her arms, and they both start crying together. Taylor turns, and starts walking slowly away from me, seeming to try to calm Rose down.

I turn back to the receptionist for the 2nd time.

"Your daughter was just taken in for emergency surgery to try to figure out how much damage is done. They believe she suffered a moderate concussion, and is in a coma."

Then it hit me.

Not only had the woman just addresses Annie as my daughter, but that she was in a coma.

"Sir? Sir?!" The woman said.

I quickly snapped out of my thoughts and brought my attention back to her.

Be strong, you have to be strong. Taylor and Rose need you.

"They believe the surgery will take another hour or so. So please have a seat, and there is a bathroom around the corner and a cafeteria on the third floor."

I thank the woman, and start to look for Taylor and Rose. I find them at the very end of the hall, crying in a corner together. It was the most heart breaking thing.

I sit down with them, and lift Rose into my lap, and put my arm around Taylor.

We don't say anything. I just sit there holding them. And I listen to the sounds of their sobs.

Soon Rose falls asleep in my lap.

I stand up, and help Taylor up. I take her hand, and lead her to the waiting room. I set Rose down in a chair gently so I don't wake her. Then me and Taylor sit down on a 2 person seat next to Rose. She immediately curls up and rests her head on my chest and starts to cry.

"Babe, don't cry. She's going to be okay, she's a fighter."

She sits up and stares at me.

"She's in a coma Calvin. A coma. People don't usually come out of comas." She says shakily. After she finishes she immediately starts to cry even more.

"Shhhhhh," I say and lean her back into me.

"She'll make it through. I know she will."

I didn't really know if she would.
