{chapter 22}

Connie's POV

It's been a week since Sasha passed away. heh. I'm not used to hearing or saying it yet. 'the late Sasha blouse'. I punched the tree that was beside me. the tree where Sasha and I would sit down and do homework or chat or play games on our phones or even just chill. "dammit!" I say. I held in my tears. Sasha... the love of my life. she... she's dead. she's gone... and it's all because of-

"Connie.." a familiar voice calls out my name.

"Annie" I say softly.

I then narrowed my eyes at her. she's gone.. because of her!!

Annie's POV

Connie's eyes, they were filled with anger,hatred,disgust and many negative thoughts. I can tell by the look in his eyes that he hated me. he despised me. he thought and knew that I was the reason why the love of his life was dead. and I knew that it was my fault as well. so whatever was coming my way, I was prepared for it.

I slowly walked towards him. "Connie listen-" my sentence was cut of by his. "shut up!" He punched me in the face and kicked me in the stomach. i coughed gasping for air. I fell down on my knees holding my stomach. he then kicked me once more making me fall down on the cold grass. "do you know how much she cared for you!" He kicked me. "how much she wanted to find you!?!" Again, but harder. "and yet!" Again. "you left her!" He kicked me again and again each time felt much more painful than before. "I know... it is my fault and I want to make up for it.." I manage to say. he stops for a moment but then screams i frustration and kicked me again. this time it was so hard that I coughed out blood. I tried too look at him. this wasn't the Connie i knew. his eyes were different. his face looked different. it was as if he was a whole different person. it was as he turned into some sort of phsyco. like Gasai Yuno but a male version of her. (idk why, but writing this is making me think of Mirai Nikki and Carlotte)

He then pulled my hair making me kneel down. he made me look at him as he pointed a knife to my eye
(Ok this IS like Charlotte) tears formed in my eyes. but if he was going to kill me then I was prepared. "Goodbye, Annie Leonheart" as he was about to stab my eye familiar voices call out for me.

"No!!!!"

In the Conor of my eye i saw Armin,mikasa,levi,eren,petra,carol and Chris. "Guys.." I managed to say. levi and Eren quickly charged towards Connie and pinned him against the tree. he struggled to get out as Armin hugged me asking me if I was ok. I nodded in reply. carol,petra and mikasa tried to calm me down. after a while mikasa got up and punched Connie in the face. "Why?" She says looking at Connie filled with anger. the area was silent.

"Because Sasha's-"

"I swear to god if you say that Annie is the reason why Sasha's dead then you are going to regret you were even born!" Petra exclaimed. it was the first time all of us saw petra like this. usually during situations like this she would ether be shocked or crying.

Petra took a deep breath and sighed. "Connie i know you're devastated about Sasha's death we all are, but-"

"You don't understand!"

"SHUT UP YOU DUMB ASS!"

Now all of were looking at petra shocked. I could hear Eren tell levi "is it your fault she's like this?" He asks. levi replies "no, girls can be scary".

She takes a deep breath and continues her sentence."but the truth is, Sasha isn't dead because Annie left us. she's dead because of all of us. it's our fault that we didn't trust Annie. and Sasha wanted to trust her but in the end you persuaded her to no longer be friends with her.you persuaded all of us! So isn't it your fault?" Connie then drops on his knees. he cried. "im sorry.." he says again and again.
