{chapter 10}

Armin's POV

Out side of the restaurant, Annie and I found a bench. we sat beside each other and talked for awhile. I got lost in the middle of the conversation just by looking at her. she wore a sleeveless white dress that stopped after her knees. she also wore a pair of tights to go with it. instead of her hair being in its usual style it was in a ponytail instead. she had beautiful skin.

"Don't you think so Armin?" Her words made me snap out of it. she looked at me with a soft smile slightly tilting her head. "I'm sorry what?" I said aggressively scratching the back of my head. 'idiot idiot idiot' I thought to myself.

She pointed her finger towards the sky and looked up. i looked up as well seeing many stars shine bright. When I looked back at her, my eyes widened as I saw her form the most beautiful smile I've ever seen.

I don't understand. why do most people dislike Annie? Why do they talk bad about her? She's really nice it's just that most people don't know it. i clenched my fist at the thought.

"Annie, why do people hate you?"

She looked at me with a shocked expression. man, why did I ask that question? It'll only make her feel hurt. your such a genius Armin, a pure genius.

After a short silence, she laughed. "why do you want to know?" She looked at me still with a smile on her face.

"Because, your very beautiful Annie. your nice, sweet and smart. i don't understand why people dislike you"

We stared at each other for awhile then Annie looked back to the sky."i don't know ether Armin" she said with a calm voice. then, she asked me: "armin, do you like me?"

I stared at her I'm shock not knowing what to say. I softly chuckled and said "do you like me back?" When I looked at her i saw her looking at me. she was blushing and her eyes were wide. all i did was just smile. then I looked to the front and scratched the back of my head.

"It's ok, I didn't expect that yo--"

"Of coarse i like you back Armin"

My words were being stopped by hers. I was happy to hear her answer. because it actually took me a while to find the courage to confess. I even had to practice in front of my mom and that was weird as hell.

I suddenly hold her waist pulling her closer to me and with that, I kissed her. i could feel myself blush as she softly kisses back. the kiss felt like it lasted forever. after a while we pulled apart from the kiss. we looked in into each other's eyes when suddenly...

"Eww, what the hell Armin?!?"

Annie and I turned to see who the voice was coming from. "Eren!?!" I yelled. his eyes were wide open and were pointing at me and annie. no, I'm guessing everyone else saw that too. because I could see them looking at us from the glass window of the restaurant.

Suddenly, Annie held my hand and stood up the both of is walked pass Eren and sat down at our places in the restaurant once more. everyone else was just looking at us. that's when Annie said: "yeah, we're together so?"
