Chapter 3

Valeria's P.O.V.

Waking up to Aidan jumping up, and down on me was not the best way to start my morning.

He should know by now that I was not a morning person, and yet he disturbers my much needed rest.

After throwing him off of me, and him landing roughly on the ground I pulled out a towel, and a change of clothes before shutting the bathroom door behind me.

"No need to get violent," I heard Aidan spoke as I heard some shuffling from the bedroom.

I ignored him, and instead climbed into the shower.

"You have been in the shower for thirty minutes hurry up already, we need to go grocery shopping. There is nothing to eat in this house," he said as he repeatedly knocked on the bathroom door.

"I'm going,"  I spoke as I turned off the hot water, and grabbed myself a towel to dry off.

After getting dressed in some casual jeans, and a nice blouse I walked out of the bathroom my brush still in hand.

"Ready?" Aidan asked from where he laid on my bed.

"One minute," I said as I walked back over to my suitcase pulling our a pair of heels, and my toothbrush.

I slipped on the heels, and walked back into the bathroom to brush my teeth.

"Okay now I'm ready," I said as I retrieved my phone from the pocket of the jeans I wore the night before.

"Good because I'm starving."

"Same," I spoke as we walked down the hallway.

"Let's go for breakfast then, I'll pay," he said as we went down the stairs.

"Okay then," I announced as I moved quicker to get downstairs.

When we got into the car Aidan drove us over to a small diner that seemed pretty decent.

I'm guessing Aidan wasn't lying about being hungry because he practically jogged to the entrance of the place.

"Slow down," I spoke as I tried to catch up to him.

Accidentally I must not have been watching where I was going because I bumped into some girl who seemed around my age.

"Can't you watch where you're going," she said all to rudely.

"Sorry I didn't see you there," I replied..

"Of course you didn't," she said walking away.

"Stupid people these days," I heard her mutter before she walked away.

"What did you just say?" I questioned.

She turned around to face me walking closer to me until we were almost eye to eye me being about an inch taller than her.

"I said stupid people these days who can't watch where they are going," she repeated slowly like if I couldn't understand her.

"I'm the stupid one well maybe if you weren't to busy looking at your phone you wouldn't have bumped into me," I growled out through my teeth.

"Watch your tone with me, I'm the alphas daughter you bitch," she said raising an eyebrow as if waiting for me to back down.

Instead of doing so I just stood there.

"Do you think I care," I spoke raising my eyebrows expectantly.

"I can have you kicked out of this pack in a minute you should care," she said before walking away.
