Killian's POV

"Come on Emma breathe we are nearly at the hospital." I say panicking. "It hurts, I don't know if I can do this Killian" she says clutching onto her stomach. The carriage stopped and I jumped out. I lift Emma out and a nurse brings out a wheelchair and I placed her in it. They wheeled her into a room and started to prep her. She had an iv in her hand to help with some of the pain. She was getting an epidural as it was going to be a long night. I had no idea what an epidural was until a few weeks when Emma talked to me about all of the hospital stuff. "Emma, how's the pain now?" I ask as I held her hand. "It just hurts a little now, but when the contractions start it gets worse" she explains.

A nurse comes in and gave her the epidural. Emma was still in a lot of pain during her contractions but not nearly as much as it was before. I never let go of her hand. I didn't even mind when she squeezed it hard. It was nothing compared to what she was going through.

"Hello Emma, we are going to see how far you are, you parents should be arriving soon" Dr.Whale says. "Yup your fully dialated, its time to get these babies out" he continues. Emma nodds and tries to keep a smile on her face. "Come on Emma, you can do this" I say

-- An hour later --

"Push Emma push" Dr.Whale says.

Emma looks weak and tired. Not even one of the twins had been born and she was already done out. "I can't, its too much" Emma whimpers. "Just one more push and baby #1 is out, your doing so well" Whale explains. Emma screams and then let's out a sigh of relief. "Well done! Its a girl!" Whale smiles. "You hear that Emma?! It's a girl. We have a daughter!" I say excitedly. I kissed her cheek and Emma smiles trying to relax. They bring our daughter to get cleaned up and checked up.

After a few long minutes Whale comes in with our daughter. "Here you go, a healthy baby girl. You should start to feel more contractions for baby #2 in 15-20 minutes." Whale says as he hands the baby to me. Emma nodds and sits up a little. "She's perfect" I say gazing at her. "You want to hold her?" I ask Emma. She nodds and I carefully place our daughter in her arms. Her eyes start to water and she smiles. "Emma, you did so well. I'm so proud of you." I say missing her cheek. "She looks like you, her ocean blue eyes and soft lips." Emma tells me. "I thought she looked like you with her small amount of blonde hair and her little nose" I replied. "I think maybe after 5-6 months we will see who she looks like the most" Emma says grinning. "Ouch, I think I'm having contractions again" Emma shouts. I take the baby off her and hand her to a nurse. "Okay Emma we need to start pushing again." Whale says.

20 minutes later Emma is pushing again. She looked so tired and exhausted. "One more push Emma. You can do it." Whale explains. Emma screams again and then gasps. "You did it! It's a boy!" Dr.whale smiles. "Hear that Emma we have a son!" I smiled. Emma closes her eyes in exhaustion. "We will bring the twins in a minute or two" Whale explains. I thank him and go back to Emma. "You did it, both our babies are here and they are healthy." I say excitedly. She smiles softly. "Let me sleep, wake me up when they bring them back." She says slowly. I kiss her and she falls asleep. Now we have everything we have ever wanted.
