When science was finally over it was break time. I didn't feel like talking to anyone, i just wanted to go back to the toilet cubical and hide.
Jessica or Callum didn't wait for after lesson like they normally did, luckily i saw Jessica with my other friends Massy and Nora. I called them but they acted like i wasn't there. I used to lead the group, i was with all of them through think and thin and now they're just ignoring me. I ran up to them when Jessica saw me she rolled her eyes and laughed. "I was calling you didn't you hear me" i said.
"Um look Taylor-" Nora began.
"We have to go to um-ur a reading club" Jessica laughed.
"Yeh!" Massy said as she high fived Jessica.
But Massy used to always agree with me. Did my friends really just ditch me because of how i look? I walked around school a couple of time and everyone was staring at me. No one said anything but i could tell from there faces that that i looked hideous. This one low life girl even said ew to me, like before she wouldn't have dared to say anything. I tried to look confident but i just couldn't help covering my face and avoiding the people who didn't see me in my glasses.
Then i saw Callum and his friends. I knew that he had seen me in my glasses but i was still nervous about going to him, what if he ditches me like how Jessica, Nora and Massy did? Then i remembered how much of a good and loyal guy he is and went to him. "Hey Callum" i said. When his friends saw me they began to laugh.
"Oh hey Taylor" he began "So these glasses are a permanent thing?" He asked.
"Why? You think I'm ugly now and hate me right?" I said almost in tears.
"No no its nothing like that, but you should've told me that you wear glasses earlier" he smiled. His friends where still laughed and nudging Callum expecting him to laugh with them. But he's just to loyal to do that. Im sure of it.
