FLUFF ALERT
If there was one thing Luke could say to sum it all up, it's like having your soul tortured every single waking moment of your life. But he says that it's bearable, because Phoebe would be there. Just her laugh alone could brighten up his day. And he says it's worth it. Even if he had to see souls get tortured for all of eternity, just to see his princess' face even just for a second, it would make all the difference. He didn't think he'd get this lucky, let alone for God to allow all of this. But he knew; he knew from the back of his mind, that He still cares for him.
"So we should go out today." Luke exclaimed.
"Where to? I just wanna sleep all day."
"Princess! We've been doing that for three weeks now. That's all you ever want to do." He pouted.
"Because that's all I'm capable of doing."
"Please? Don't you want to see the sun set tonight? Or just see the sun in general?"
"No." She deadpanned.
"Princess!" He whined. He's cute when he's whiny, she thought.
"I really, really, really have no motivation to do anything anymore in my life."
"But I want to do something today!"
"Can you stop being so needy? God."
"I'm not needy." He replied. And with the trick of his mind, she stood up.
"Luke, are you really controlling my body?"
"If that's what it takes for us to go out, then so be it."
"Wow, what a douche."
And one hour later, they were out the door, with Phoebe still wishing she was lying in bed.
"So where exactly are we going? There's not really that many places to go here."
"Yes there is. You have 7 wonders of the world; you at least want to go to one of those, right?"
"Okay, take me to the Eiffel Tower."
"Alright then!"
And at the turn of the street, there it stood.
"Luke, how did you do that?"
"I'm the devil, princess. I can do whatever I want."
"It's so beautiful." She gawked.
"Not as beautiful as you."
"Seriously, did you get that from Twitter?"
"What's that?"
"Nevermind."
"Shall we?"
"Of course!"
And in a blink of an eye, they were at the top, overlooking Paris in all its glory.
"How did we get up here? Actually, no, don't answer that."
And while Phoebe admires the scenery, Luke couldn't believe just how lucky he got to be with her at this exact moment. Just a few months ago he was only dreaming of this, but now, it's all reality. He couldn't help himself so he hugged her from behind, resting his chin atop her head.
"My head's not a headrest, you know."
"Shut up." He kissed her hair.
"Shutting up." She giggled. In all honesty, this was a perfect moment she wishes she could carry on her next life. There was literally nothing that could ruin it.
