HAHA OK SO THERE MAY BE SMUT IN THE NEXT CHAPTER, I GUESS YOULL HAVE TO READ TO FIND OUT.
AS ALWAYS PLEASE COMMENT, I LOVE READING THEM.
Calum had insisted on closing my eyes before we got there, to make it a surprise. When he finally uncovered my them I couldn't help but gasp as I took in my surroundings.
It was beautiful.
At first glance you might think it was just a forest but it was so much more. There was a lake and a beach and a picnic table overlooking it. There was an old tire swing hanging from one of the trees, it looked like it could break any second. There was a small cabin to the side, hidden behind the trees.
"Oh my god." I accidentally muttered under my breath. It made Calum smile. It was gorgeous. Everything here was absolutely gorgeous.
"I know. I love it here." he smiled as he began looking around. He seemed just as happy as I did.
"What is this place?" I looked up at him. He pulled me into him so that my back was against his chest and his chin rested on the top of my head.
"My family owns this land. We've had it since I was a baby." Even though I couldn't see his face, I knew he was smiling.
"It's gorgeous." I said simply. It really was, it couldn't get over the fact that it looked like a painting. Everything was so peaceful and beautiful.
"Just like you." He gave me a cheeky grin before pulling away and guiding me to the cabin. I blushed as I followed closely behind him, glad that he couldn't see how red my fave was. I don't think I'll ever get used to those remarks but I'm okay with that.
The cabin was cozy, it looked expensive but humble at the same time. I loved it.
He went straight towards the cabins, pulling out any food he could find. There were marshmallows, chocolate bars, crackers, chips, bread, anything you could think of. Next he went to the fridge and pulled out drinks, asking if I wanted a beer which I politely declined.
Last time I drank, it didn't turn out to well. I really would prefer not to go back to jail again.
Finally he grabbed a blanket from a couch in the living room and he guided me back outside with his arms full. I asked to help but he claimed he had it. I followed him down a worn path close to the lake. When he stopped walking we were in a large open plot of land, overlooking the lake. I smiled as I looked around. There was a rope hanging off one of the old trees over the lake and a small wooden pier jutting out into the water.
When I stopped looking at the lake Calum had already laid out the blanket and food. He was already sitting down and patted the space next to him, inviting me to join him. I happily plopped down and took a deep breath before looking at the food surrounding me.
"I really like it here. It's amazing, thank you." I said with a mouthful of chips. He chuckles slightly at me before nodding not his head.
"Yeah, it's one of my favorite places in the world. I come here more than I probably should." He said with a smile, looking out onto the lake.
We both are for a while, talking about anything that came to mind. It was nice and peaceful, it was perfect. But soon enough we were full and just aimlessly talking about school. About halfway through our "picnic" Calum had pulled me down onto the blanket with him so that we were staring up at the tree tops together. I couldn't help but let out a happy sigh as I felt his fingers intertwine with mine.
After a while Calum decided he was bored and started taking off his shirt. I sat up and gave him a confused look before he started unbuttoning his pants. Soon he stood there with just his boxers on, making me stare at him in awe. How did I end up with him? This wonderful, beautiful, hot guy.
