Seventeen

Michaels POV

As me, Luke, and Calum wandered the empty halls, not knowing what too do. I couldn't help but notice how broken Luke and Calum looked.

I probably look worse since I'm the reason why we are in this place and the reason why Ashton died.

Tears sprung in my eyes as a tons of memories of me and Ashton flooded into my mind.

"Ashton! Don't you dare throw that watermelon at that duck!" I tried too keep my voice serious but it only came out as some type of joke.

"But it's scary!" Ashton whined as he held the watermelon in his hands aiming it at the duck.

The duck began too quack and run toward Ashton.

"Oh my god! ITS COMING!" Ashton screamed and threw the watermelon at the ground as the angry duck waddled toward him.

"Ashton!" I screamed as he tripped and fell into the lake.

"Oh my god! Are you okay?" I asked as I approached Ashton who was sitting knee deep in the cold lake.

He began too laugh hysterically as he looked down at his soaked clothes. "Well that was fun," He joked.

I nodded and began too laugh as well.

"Michael!" Someone shouted.

I blink my eyes a few times and look up too see a worried Luke and Calum.

"Dude you scared the crap out of us!" Calum exclaimed.

Luke nodded in agreement. "You were following us but then you just stopped walking and stood there," I looked at him and furrowed my eyebrows.

"Oh, I was just thinking, there's nothing wrong let's just go," I motioned for them too start walking but Luke grabbed my hand.

"Are you crying?" He asked.

"No," I touched my cheek, He was right. I rubbed my tear stained cheeks and looked up at them in confusion.

"Are you okay?" Calum asked.

I shook my head and let more tears fall. "This is all my fault, I'm the reason we're in here! I'm the reason Ashton's dead!" I sobbed as I paced back and forth in the hallway.

"Michael, stop saying that! It's not your fault!" Luke shouted as I began too tug on my hair.

I let a shaky breath leave my quivering lips before turning around so I was facing Calum and Luke. "Oh really!" Then who's fault is it?" They stayed quiet so I continued. "It's my fault! I'm the reason this all happened!"

Before Calum got too protest I huffed in annoyance and began too walk the opposite way Calum and Luke were going.

I rolled my eyes and sighed when hearing their footsteps following me. I didn't even bother turning around when feeling a hand get placed on my shoulder and turn me around.

There stood Calum and Michael. But they didn't look like the ones I used too know.

There mouths were stitched shut, their eyes were bloodshot and bruises covered every inch of their face. It was a very disgusting sight.

"Wha-who?" I was cut off by a muffled scream leave Calums stitched mouth. "Mmmpphhh!"

Luke and Calum's eyes widened in fear and all of a sudden a blinding light erupted in the whole room and Calum, Luke, and I fell on the floor.
