Mixed feelings

Chris worried about his wounded friend, Josh was all he could think about as he pulled out the supplies to make sandwiches with. His arms were stacked with toppings so he carefully placed everything on the counter next to the refrigerator. Chris opened a drawer and pulled out two plates, placing two pieces of bread on each plate. The blonde began to customise each sandwich exactly the same, considering he and Josh have similar tastes.

As he made each sandwich, he hummed a sweet tune to fill the sound of nothing. Chris' childish side decided to come out as he made smiley faces out of ketchup on the sandwiches. He chuckled at how silly his "creation" was and he placed the topping piece of bread to its desired destination, to finish the neatly made sandwiches.

Though the sandwiches were finished, Chris wasn't going to eat his until Josh got out of the shower. So, he decided to clean up the kitchen a bit, though it was already almost spotless. Chris kept his environment as clean as he possibly could, and if a mess was made, he'd eventually clean it.

Josh was almost finished in the shower, all he had to do was rinse the soap and muck off of his newly clensed body. Detaching the shower head, he aimed the water towards every soapy spot he found. He seemed amused when he watched to watery soap trailed down his slick skin and down the drain.

Letting out a bit of a sigh in relief, he put the shower head back on its stand as he turned the water off. "Yo, Chris! " he yelled out, peeking his head out of the curtain.

Chris heard his friend and rushed to the bathroom, peeping his head in. "Yeah?"

"Do you mind handing me a towel? I dont want to soak your floor."

Chris shook his head and walked to the small closet behind the door. Opening the closet, he grabbed a towel. He glanced back and saw the curtain was open, that's when he laid eyes on a nude Josh. His cheeks turned a bright red but he turned his head, hoping Josh didn't notice.

"H..here." Chris mumbled, tossing the towel to Josh.

Josh caughtthe towel and began to dry himself off. "Thanks. Hey, are you okay?" He asked as he stepped out of the tub.

Chris nodded and eased out of the bathroom."Y-yeah..uhm, you know where my clothes are. Use whatever you want. "

Josh smiled as he began to dry off his hair. Chris took another glimpse at his friend, his cheeks only turned a darker red, making his glasses fog up a bit. Looking away, Chris slid off his glasses and tried to clean off the fog.

'I never really noticed how well taken care of Josh's body is. Well, the exception of the cuts. His skin looks incredibly soft. He's so...handsome. Wait, what? Stop thinking like this, he is your friend and only your friend!' Chris thought to himself.

Chris' thoughts were interrupted by a gentle pat on his shoulder. He turned and was found face to face with a damp, messy haired Josh.

"Are you sure you're alright?" Josh asked.

Chris nodded nervously and quickly put his glasses back on. "Yeah, yeah. Don't worry. Just..uh..once you get dressed, we can eat our sandwiches. "

"Awesome! Sandwiches! Did you already eat?" Josh said, walking to the bedroom closet, openingthe door.

"Nah, I waited for you." Chris replied.

"I..well...thanks." A half smile formed upon his lips as he glanced over at his blonde friend.

Josh grabbed a baggy pair of sweatpants and looked around for a pair of boxers. Once he found a clean pair, he slipped them and the pants on, not worrying about wearing a shirt. Josh stood and followed Chris into the kitchen to get his sandwich.
